Dr. Serych is a caring and outstanding professional. He's very personable, knowledgeable, and will spend individual time explaining details with you. He never makes you feel rushed and is willing to go the extra mile for patient comfort. I have no hestitations recommending him.

Had an incredibly pleasant and professional time. All the staff was cordial and kind. Not only that, but Miss Philisha Scott was able to find me the perfect pair of glasses to replace the ones I'd had for around a decade. I recommend.

Do not answer phone, sent to call center that knows nothing. Never provided doctors name until arrived. His review is bad. Took money right away. I guess not told since bad Dr reviews would make me worried.

Horrible service. My daughter had her appointment 3rd week of February, we got her glasses 3rd week of April.

Dr. Pao’s office provides the top notch eye care. Dr. Pao is the Best eye doctor, so thorough, efficient and kind, most caring and competent staff, extensive selection of frames and contact lens, convenient location and office opens on Sunday! I am so grateful to Dr. Pao’s eye care - I will refer all my friends to Dr. Pao’s office and they are the very BEST of SF!

Dr Lam was incredibly patient and through during my eye exam. He explained details of vision issues, recommended eye care, and helped me transition into wearing my first pair of contact lenses.

Dr. Greenbaum and Hollywood Eye Institute are amazing! Every experience I have had there has been efficient and professional as well as kind and compassionate. From the moment you arrive and the front desk staff greet you to the medical assistants, surgical coordinator and optometrist and of course Dr Greenbaum who care for your medical needs, everyone is fantastic! I have had everything from a routine eye exam to surgery and all procedure are thorough and thoughtful. I have had wonderful results and have recommended friends with no reservations!

I called because I was having an eye emergency and the the earliest they could see me was over two months away, no advice as to whether or not to go to ER. Turns out I was having a retinal vein occlusion and was able to get a next day appointment with another MD at another clinic. My wife has had good service here but I would not recommend this office to anyone. Long wait times on the phone, etc..

I’ve been going here for at least two years Now and let me Just say the Optometrist is extremely knowledgeable and the staff are very nice. Also they have a decent selection of designer/ non designer glasses to choose from. Yes I would recommend

Everyone is friendly and kind. I broke my glasses on a recent camping trip. Kevin was able to take the lenses from my broken pair, put them in an old frame I had, AND took the arms from my nicer glasses and attach them to my old pair! He really did an amazing job. Everything was easy, quick and just a perfect experience.
