Grace was very sweet and helpful. The doctor however made my eleven year old very uncomfortable. Not the greatest manner for young teens. I am no eye expert and was asking questions throughout the appointment and was basically put down and guilt tripped for not adding the additional exams day of service. I was told if it was done within two years that it was okay. We were in that two year span so I declined… won’t do that again! Overall not a great experience and ended up just doing my daughters appointment and canceling the other two I made for myself and my son.

Carlos the manager and Jessica along with the whole staff have been incredible. They have gone the extra mile for me with my eye glasses. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing quality glasses!!!

After 1 year the coating on my progressive lenses starting wearing off. They replaced the glasses free within the year period. I told them i cleaned according to online guidelines. It happened again. I was told when you buy your new pair if you don't need a replacement in a year order a new pair in case.

I have never been so humiliated in all of my 69 years the problem started with being charged for a bill that was already paid and who was my primary insurance. So I was on the phone getting the payment and insurance straight with my husband when they called me to come back I asked for a minute to finish my call before I could hang up they called another patient back and said I had to wait! Well four more patients came in and I was still waiting when they finally called me back asked me to wash my hands which I did I was told to wait by the bathroom I waited and waited then they asked me to wait back in the lobby area while other patients were called in the back for care! I finally left in tears! I have never been treated so poorly in my life! The very worst experience of my entire life, I cried all the way home. When I made the initial appointment I called to see if I could come a little later on my appointment date and the receptionist informed me that I should not have been able to make an appointment in the first place because I owed $188.00 and that that amount had to be paid before the doctor would see me! So the amount was paid I made my appointment for 2/7/23 and I informed them the amount was paid when I arrived and they said it wasn’t which started the awful treatment I received today!

My first visit was better than expected! I had the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve ever experienced, and everything was explained in a way that I could understand. All of my questions were addressed and I walked away with actionable steps to help with preventative care. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Stahl and the entire staff were very thorough, informative and encouraging! My only regret is not having Lasik sooner. It was only 3 hours after my surgery and I was seeing better than ever had with contacts or glasses. Would highly recommend!

Worst optics store ever. Went there for glasses and checked up with the doctor. after a few times I got my glasses with an expensive price. But they keep saying still I haven’t got my final power. I wanted to get a backup pair of glasses for me so I wanted my power. But they won’t give me. They are trying to force me to spend there until I get my final power there. Worst people ever. Would never suggest to anyone. 0/10

I looked everywhere for a good optometrist for my little ones, especially after I had such a rough time being diagnosed as a child. This place is amazing. The staff is phenomenal! They were incredibly patient with my 2 year old who ran in and out of the room and still were able to give an accurate diagnosis. We will be here for years.

Dr. Arian is very kind and helpful. She listened to my concerns and help me to figure out which glasses and prescription that works best for me. The lady at the front desk also very nice and welcoming. Great prices on the glasses too!

I’ve been wearing glasses with high prescription for over 15 years. That is why in any optometry I have used in the past, all over the world, they offer thin glasses for an extra cost. This is the first time I’ve been given a pair of glasses whose weight was totally unbearable. I returned them and said they will make them thinner. So after my 4th visit, they give me the same thickness, second pair exactly the same. This is embarrassing and Kaiser should be ashamed of the quality they are providing to patients. While the world goes towards thinner screens, thinner cameras and whatnot, they are offering glasses that seems to belong to the XIX century. I was unable to wear the glasses and had to return them. They hurt my nose and damaged my skin after 5 hours of use. I got a refund for them but after 5 visits and plenty of wasted time, I am still using my old ones. Extremely disappointed.
