the worst experience with this store, dont go there if you value your time, especially for prescription glasses, glasses were supposed to be ready in two days! ended up waiting 2 weeks and when picked up the glasses the lense was not the one i ordered plus didnt have any coating that i paid for! so just try to find a store with good reviews instead and stay away from this store,

Absolutely the best. Personable staff and excellent doctors. Dr. Caister and the whole staff are top notch. Been seeing them for over 28 years. Took care of our entire family. All 4 kids their entire life. World class people. Can't go wrong..

I love going to North Valley eye care. Always a great experience with wonderful staff. Doctor Barthelow has been taking care of my eyes for a few years and he is wonderful. I met also Doctor Sharma last week. I am very pleased with them. It is important to have such an excellence available for my eyes.

My wife and I have had cataract surgeries on both eyes. We have deeply appreciated the wisdom and the expert procedure of all four of the surgeries. Dr. Rhode is a very professional and precise doctor. He is great!

I chose this place because it was REALLY close to home. I still go to this place because they're great. Always friendly and nice. They're very mindful of my eye phobia, which is awesome. First place that was ever able to get eye drops in my eye, AND they shared their trick to get it done. I highly recommend. The ONLY downside is they have a limited frame selection. But, I always find some I like. Love this place and highly recommend them!

A somewhat overwhelming assortment of eyeglasses and sunglasses frames! Options range from classic designs to really avant garde stuff. Their clerks are helpful and friendly without being pushy, and the on-staff optometrist is super cool and nice. I wish I could get a new pair of glasses from here every month!

So guys I have to be honest. My experience with spectacles wasn't so great. When you pay premium prices you expect service, right? I mean, why else would you pay the premium prices? I've been working in Oregon and broke my glasses! Oh no! No prob, I'll just call spectacles and get my prescription so I can buy an emergency pair. WRONG! I think the ladies' name was Daniella or something similar, anyway she tells me my prescription is expired and she can't help. WHAT? BUT ITS AN EMERGENCY! Doesn't matter. She finally agreed to email me the expired prescription but didn't! SHE THEN HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and I asked for Dr Patton to return my call. They said she would...BUT she DIDN'T call. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A DOCTOR THAT CARES ABOUT MORE THAN MONEY!!!! Honestly the selection here sucks anyway. Don't waste your time on these rude people.

Dr. Gould and her staff could not be more professional or friendly. On my first visit, I was treated as if I was a favorite customer that had been going there for years. Had the most comprehensive eye exam I've ever had which Dr. Gould later took the time to explain thoroughly. Also, they have a great selection of frames. Would definitely recommend!
