I went for an appointment almost a year ago. I was able to order glasses right away and they were fine. I wore my trial pair of contacts and called to let them know they were good. I had to keep calling and stopping every few weeks. Finally, this past Saturday after showing my frustration, a lady took me seriously and said she would get my contacts prescription finalized . However today they called me back and said it’s been almost a year and so they won’t finalize my prescription and I need to make another appointment for an exam. Stay away from these people! Far, far away!!!!

I had initially made an appointment online for an earlier date, but one of their associates noticed that my VSP insurance would not have paid for that visit since it was not yet my yearly anniversary. I was contacted and I was able to cancel that appointment and make a new one for a future date. At the visit I was greeted upon entering and directed to the receptionist who was very friendly and efficient. The initial testing went smoothly and on time. Dr. Lehmann is very knowledgeable and explained EVERYTHING regarding my eye health, etc., and made sure all of my questions were answered. The associate who helped me pick my frames was also knowledgeable and friendly, and showed me many frames which complimented my face, and I was happy with my choice. All in all my visit was very pleasant. The only negative comment would be that I wasn’t aware that I would be charged for the contacts exam until after the fact. Perhaps VSP should make that clearer.

Everyone here is so nice and the best part for me was the wheelchair accessibility. I normally have to get out of my chair to do eye exams at other places but when I come here, they pull everything right up to me while I stay sitting. The doctors are very professional, and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful.

I have been going to this Optometry for last few years. Doctor and all staff members are very helpful. They always give couples of contacts to try them to help me pick the best one for my eye sights. They also apply all possible discounts to help me save couple of bucks. Definitely a nice place for your eye care.

Ashley the receptionist has excellent customer service! She is very kind, polite and very helpful. There were many customers in store and she took the time to help each and every one of them with a warm smile. She represents a great example of how customer service should be🙂 …

SEE is the place to go for the most unique styles. I can always recognize SEE eyewear when I see a pair of glasses purchased from SEE. Their eye specialists are so accommodating. From the initial phone call to me stopping in the store. She even remembered me from shopping at another SEE location a few years ago. And because I have no SEE location near me, my completed order was mailed to me. An absolute wonderful experience from beginning to end.

HORRIBLE! This office diagnose me with an eye issue and sent a referral out to a place for me to get surgery on my eyes. After an entire year, went by for the referral, I had heard nothing The next steps and was prescribed Harland’s contacts that my insurance don’t cover so anytime I had issues with these contacts that they gave me I cannot be seen, but apparently still just waiting for the surgery. I reach out to the place I was referred to, And they literally told me that they do not perform that specific surgery and they have not performed that Specific surgery in years. Which seemed pretty unreal to me that I have been struggling with these unfit contacts all this time, Waiting on a referral that was pretty much nonexistent. I told California eye clinic that the place they referred me too, does not perform that surgery and they had actually argued with me on the phone That the referral they made is legit and that place does perform that surgery. So instead of arguing, I had the two places fax each other and confirm that the place they referred me too does not perform the surgery. So now my eyes are in a pretty bad condition and I’m referred to another clinic, Which did not go well it was a Clinic in Oakland that had zero notes or information about my eye condition and all they could do is a regular eye exam. At that point, my eyes are pretty bad. I’m unable to work, Pretty defeated very upset. And to top it all off when I finally asked to speak to someone higher up about my issues , They quite literally yelled at me on the phone spoke over me told me they did not want to hear what I had to say and said “ Do you wanna make Appointment or not” . Dr. Kerns is fantastic! Her positive, upbeat nature makes you feel comfortable right away. She's very knowledgeable, and shows great dedication to both her practice and her patients.

I’ve been coming here for 7+ years and trust Dr. Vu and her staff completely. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. Appointment system is great - they are quick to return messages and also use texting system to confirm and communicate. Dr. Vu is so personable and very knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things about this practice.

Worse experience ever!! Came inside with a really bad eye irritation ,they sent me to another doctor without even take a look of my eye. Then Sent me to the fort Pierce office driving by myself and asked me to be there by 3 pm when it was around 2:50 pm.not humanity at all,not compasión even though I was bagging to be seeing in pain!! Please look for doctors that are really engaged with their Carrer,not the money! We need love in this humanity !!🥲

Freddy was awesome and helped me straighten out my crooked pair of Ray Bans! He carefully made incremental adjustments to the nose pieces and frame to readjust them, and was mindful in explaining their best-effort policy before starting (in case something should break). I didn't mind that because if I were trying to do what he did to fix them I almost certainly would have broken them. Super!!
