If you need outstanding personable eye care practice . I would definitely recommend Dr. Collins place. I received a phenomenal care from eye exam to selecting the right pair of glasses that works for me. I was very happy with my new pair of glasses.

Dr. Torosian delivered an exceptional eye care experience for my son, combining his deep knowledge with a warm, caring demeanor. He listened to our concerns and offered clear explanations. We left reassured and appreciative of his thorough and empathetic approach. There was hardly any wait, and we were happy with the office and the staff.

I have been a patient at Mid Atlantic Retina for 10 years. I was originally referred by my ophthalmologist following a vision check when my left eye showed a lack of vision. The doctor indicated I should seek further evaluation immediately. I was able to be seen at Mid Atlantic Retina the next day and received an injection from Dr. Brown which worked to restore my vision. The staff could not have been nicer and calming as we worked through the treatment and set up an ongoing plan. I am now under the care of Dr. Allen Ho and he is efficient and caring during the injection process. I am grateful that the treatment has been working for me. Over time the whole process has been streamlined and goes fairly quickly. I would recommend Dr. Ho without reservation for evaluation and treatment of retina issues.

Excellent bedside manners. Dr Sarariya treats me like I'm her only patient as a nurse of 40+ years, I've seen quite a few doctors. I've been impressed with her from Day 1. Even with her mask on, I can see her smiles and kindness and concern. I will certainly recommend her to all my friends and family. Thank you to the doctor who didn't have a slot in your schedule. It was a wonderful win for me!!!

Review for independent doctor - contact eye exam Receptionist is an older lady who is rude and very unprofessional. I felt the doctor saw this and had an over kill with kindness, which somewhat offset the rudeness of the receptionist. This doesn’t excuse the lack of professionalism from the receptionist. The equipment didn’t look clean. Which made me wonder if it’s sanitized before each patient. At my previous eye exams, with Target Optical, the Dr would sanitize the equipment right before I used it. I was going on vacation and I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere before departing. That’s the only reason I chose to go forward with the eye exam. Otherwise I would have walked out. 2 Stars

Always a positive experience! Dr Neal is an awesome eye doctor. He really cares about his patient’s vision, and goes above and beyond to ensure you receive the highest quality treatment. The office manager Kelly, and the rest of the staff are friendly, kind & very professional. Thank you Dr Neal for taking great care of me and my family!

The girls "the techs" were wonderful. The young lady who did my ocular photos was fantastic! Unfortunately, their business model seems to include overlapping a very large volume of patients, so there is a lot of "hurry up and wait". You see one tech, then wait in chairs for next, then wait in chairs for next, and so on. Almost THREE hours later I finally saw the doc for a few minutes and was told that he only specializes in one area, so I had to schedule ANOTHER appointment. Pleasant staff, but my day was consumed with a noncomplex eye exam.

I liked the actual doctor. But after bringing my daughter for years I had terrible experiences with the staff being rude to myself and daughter. They never asked about my new insurance and were very rude, not taking the time to end their Phone call to speak to who was standing at the desk. Just mouthing to me they no longer take my insurance and pointing me to the door. I wouldn’t return here even if they took us.
