I am a patient of the Roseville location. I called twice and left a voice mail and no one returned my call. I finally reached them on my 3rd try after several weeks to set up an appointment. First they told me I can’t see a doctor until 12 months after my last visit. After I told them about my night blindness, they told me to wear night glasses. I told them this is serious and they told me I have to pay out of pocket to see a doctor which I agreed. I was scheduled to see a doctor at their “Citrus Heights” location. I called the office on the day of my appointment because there’s no Citrus Heights location listed in their website - but sadly again no answer! So, I looked up the doctor’s name and found her address at Citrus Heights. However, she was not at that location and when I called, it went to voice mail!!!! Called again - same thing. By the time I finished searching for the closest address, I was late for my appointment. I drove to the location at Laurel Hill Sacramento (not Citrus Heights) - which is about another 2 miles or so of driving around to find the place (with traffic). I finally arrived at the location, still not knowing whether I was at the right place. Turned out it was the right location. Because I was late, the doctor could not see me and no available appointments until March! Had someone answered the call, I would have made it to the right place in time for my appointment. Had they told me my appoint is in Sacramento, I wouldn’t have looked for Citrus Heights! But none of them have time to answer the phone or a bit concerned about my night blindness……If you’re looking for quality care, this is not the place.

Dr. Castelano has been our family’s optometrist for years, and we couldn’t be happier with his care. He is extremely competent, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. We feel completely confident in his expertise and truly appreciate how well he takes care of our family’s vision. Highly recommend him!

It’s always a pleasure to visit the office. Dr.Conroy is very welcoming, with great knowledge and lots of patience. I have to say that I was very pleased to see the COVID protocols in place, the staff was also very attentive. The person helping with the glasses was very helpful (I didn’t get his name, but he’s great with communicating all the benefits for our plan). Definitely recommending this place.

My experience at Pearl Vision Waterworks Mall was good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The doctor was informative, knowledgeable and Caring. I feel like my eyes are being taken care of

I cannot recommend idoc Optical highly enough! In the few years I've been going to the practice, they've delivered my top three favorite pairs of glasses of my life. They have a superb selection of frames and truly help you think through comfort and style without sacrificing either. Anthony has the eye for just the frame you didn't even know you'd look great in. Dr. Golriz herself is very thorough and committed to your good vision and eye health. When she discovered a concern she wanted me to see a specialist about immediately, she worked the phones herself to get me into an appointment before the long holiday weekend. The service from everyone on the team is exceptional and top notch.

Excellent customer service!!! I would definitely recommend- not just for the customer service, but for their help and expertise. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They work well together as a team.

First met Dr dandy Sr, in 1978, a very kind and patient man, gave me my first pair of contact lenses fast forward to 2008 had a retinal detachment, born legally blind, met Dr Russell, and Dr Ronald they allowed me to go to the hospital and saved my left eye, 4 surgery I had no insurance at the time, they could of let me go blind!! But didn't!! Dr Russell, God bless him, has managed my glocoma all these years, and now Dr Ronald is my savior, I will continue going to Chatham eye associations, until the end !! Very professional and knowledgeable folks !!! ThANKYOU!!!

At Endeavor Eye Center, customer service is excellent. The first time I met with Dr. Lee, I felt like she was my eye care doctor forever. She has a kind, caring, professional personality. She didn't rush me while I explained to her about the issues I was having with my vision. She patiently explained to me in layman's terms so that I could understand my opinion and referred me to a remarkable eye surgeon. I was really stressed about the procedure, but she made me feel fearless. Thank you, Dr. Lee for taking such good care of me. I'm extremely grateful for the health care and advice you provided me. I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room to be called in the back. I was seen by an intern who pretty much did the whole appointment. She got an attitude when I kept asking when Dr. Koh would be seeing me. He finally came in at the end and she updated him on everything she had done. He took her word and spent a short time in the room with me. She wrote the prescription for my glasses, but I was not confident with in her. I came to see the optometrist, not an intern working on her own. I will be returning to my previous optometrist for a new prescription.
