We had a great experience at the vision center. Our associate, Siobahn was patient, knowledgeable and had such a great disposition. She made our visit so pleasant, especially when we were trying to get fitted for 6 pairs of glasses! Highly recommend!!!

Worst eye exam ever, had to go else where n have them rechecked. Never going back.

I meant to submit a 5 star rating. My finger is too fat. We have been coming for years, very fun professional Pleasant staff members. They listen and very informative in providing services.

Stay away from this place. I asked, after waiting almost 40 mins. how long it was going to be, so they took me in a back 'lounge' area...where three other people came and went before me. When I asked again, ' how long' I was confronted by some broken English speaking woman, who got the DR. and REINFORCEMENTS, and they all came and said, IF YOU DON'T LIKE, YOU CAN LEAVE. Of course, I left. Freakiest Medical Facility ever. WOULD NEVER EVER GO OR RECOMMEND THESE LOONIES......I THINK THEY COULD PHYSICALLY HARM YOU.

This specific place used to be one of my favorite places to go especially with my son. But it has gone downhill, today literally had my son go there for an exam and he literally was rushed because he did let them put in eye drops right away. (Meanwhile my son is autistic) instead of saying stay right here I will go see my other patient and be right back he was told “let’s go I have other patients”. That is unprofessional and rude especially to a 9yr old child.

We recently started seeing Dr. Noecker for my mother's glaucoma and light sensitivity issues. He was referred to us by her optometrist as we were not getting anywhere with her former specialist. Dr. Noecker quickly assessed the situation and came up with a reasonable solution. Three relatively minor surgeries later, we are making progress and have totally eliminated the use of pressure reducing drops that were making her eyes very sensitive to light. While she is not out of the woods yet, there is definitely progress where we had been given no hope. Because of her age and the criticality of her vision loss, we have been seen in every one of Dr. Noecker's offices, East Haven, Fairfield, Norwalk and Meriden on a frequent basis. In each one, the staff has been more than wonderful, kind and patient and all sorts of scheduling accomodations have been made. I can't tell you how pleased I am with this practice, with Dr. Noecker and with the progress mom is making.

Very great customer service! My glass broke the same day and if you like me, you need to see! Tamar was absolutely amazing! She was able to get me in a pair of frames and use my old lenses in them until my second pair of new glasses come. She was wonderful with the pair she chose to fit my old lenses. Also, I love they have the option for CareCredit! This really saved me! Thank you again, Tamar!

Excellent service and products! I've just started wearing glasses recently and hated them...mostly because of fit of most glasses and the styles just didn't suit me. The owner of the shop is EXCEPTIONAL at making sure glasses are perfect for your face and finding suits you. Also, her styles are better than most stores I've seen in Manhattan and just about anywhere else in the country (men and womens). The service was fantastic. I purchased two pair on site just randomly stopping in, which is two more than I've purchased in 5 years, thanks to their incredible service and stock. Excellent experience all around. To me, this is the best glasses store in all of Connecticut. I highly recommend it.

The place doesn't deserve any stars due to not being able to contact anyone by phone and being very unorganized. All 5 stars need to be handed to NIA who was able to bring excellent customer service while being directed to do 10 other things during the time she was helping me. She was put in the spot and embarrassed and had many reasons to quit but she forged on to give me a reason to be retained as a customer.

Very very great customer service. Everyone was very kind and thoughtful in helping me find my glasses. Small talk is appreciated and they make sure you’re taken care of. If you’re looking for an optometrist that cares for your personal wellbeing and will teach you about your eyes this is the place you need to be. The equipment they use is the latest and greatest. You will be amazed by how nice, and service oriented the place is 100% recommend.
