Dr. Vo is fantastic. She's patient, knowledgeable, and totally focused on getting the right result for her patients.

I was a brand new patient today. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect from the time stepped into the office until the time I left. The front desk personnel was courteous and helpful and the medical assistant was outstanding. I am very difficult to do some of eye tests on, yet the medical assistant remained very pleasant. Dr. Kosnoski was one of the eye doctors that I have ever seen. His patient manner is excellent. He has a great sense of humor and his biggest concern is the well-being of his patients. I am very pleased with this eye clinic and I have been wearing corrective lens since I have been 12 years old, so I have I long history with eye doctors, this clinic is a good one. I speak from experience.

Everyone is always so nice. However, when I checked out today the lady was not very nice and had a little attitude. My husband even said she was not very nice to me when we left. I would have given 5 stars but because of check out lady I give 4 stars. Dr Lima is so nice, extremely thorough and is always so helpful when asking questions. I have been going here for years as well as my husband, son and my 84 year old mom. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of eye care.

Doctor was great!! Front line staff, not so much. The optician treated me like I wasn't worth her time. I was promised a call back to review lenses and frames they have ars their St Helena location has limited options to choose from but they never called. I went to another doctor to get my frames and lenses but my insurance was blocked by Napa Eye Care. When I called to ask them to please unlock it, the optician literally said, "We don't do that, your new doctor has to call the insurance company. They just don't want to do their job." Rude!! I would rather take time off and come see my new doctor than go back to Napa Eye Care.

I have had a good experience at IHC/ Salt Lake Clinic. Dr. D. Demill knows his stuff. He does it with care and explanation. Grateful for him and his staff. God bless them.

The gentleman I was working with was a godsend he was able to find me a frame to fit my lenses for a new frame due to my doggy pudgey breaking them . If you ever need help come see him Michael janssen was the best . Thank you for allowing me to see again.

Great staff who is always trained on latest optical technologies and very friendly and caring. Been going to Eye Care Professionals for 20 years and will continue going another 20 years because I completely trust them with my eye care.

Very pleased with my eye exam and glasses. The staff from the front office and back very kind and welcoming.

Carmen was amazing and very accommodating. She took me and my mother in law in last minute and was super nice and quick. She explained everything to us regarding our prescriptions, she’s extremely knowledgeable. Oh and what was even better was that I received my glasses SAME DAY! We will forever be customers from now on. I will refer anyone and everyone I know to her!

I am impressed with the staff knowledge and professionalism. Happy I switched eye doctors. I have recommended friends to Dr. Tukel group.

Was extremely disappointed in my contact lens "fitting". It was nothing as described on the website and nothing like the contact fittings I had 20 years ago where the doctor actually spent time with you. This fitting consisted of the tech coming in and giving me lenses to put in my eyes. No discussion of what would work best for me. I put them in and was left for 45 minutes until Dr. Barrows came in. She asked how they felt and I told her the left one was irritating me. She looked at my eyes for a minute or so and told me they looked fine and I should get used to them. That was it. Do not waste your time here if you want a proper contact lens fitting. It felt like they couldn't care less about what they were doing. So surprising because I have been a patient of Dr. Palay's and I love him and think he is very concerned about his patients and takes the time to answer any questions you may have.
