The entire team is excellent. Dr. Lee is compassionate and empathetic, as well as an expert. The eyewear team consistently goes above and beyond and are extremely patient. They are always willing to answer all my insurance and fit questions. I will not be going to any other eye clinic in Atlanta.

If I could give more stars, I would. Customer service is a 20/10 here! Caroline and Leslie were so sweet, helpful, and also hilarious! Caroline really took the time to explain my insurance coverage and the price breakdown and savings on the glasses for me. Would definitely recommend this location :)

Ordered glasses online and wasn't very happy with the results. They did try to correct it, but still not right. Was annoyed and saw Pearl Vision while running errands and decided to go in. From the minute I walked in I was immediately greeted. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the technician who assisted me, but I can tell you she was great. She walked me through everything, let me try on 100 frames and waited patiently while I made a final decision. She even helped adjust my glasses I bought online to fit better. Recevied my glasses and they felt so right on my face and could see great! Next exam and glasses will be from Pearl Vision.

Not recommended!!! I live about 40 minutes from this location. I called ahead to make Sure they accepting my health insurance. In short, they purposely wasted my time, and were unable to except my vision insurance. Beware of sales techniques, and don’t let them get you to drive to the store until they can confirm 100% that they can provide you with glasses using your vision insurance.

Very easy to make an appointment with the doctor office. Ms. Valkenburg was very helpful to diagnose the issue and she was very helpful to make my appointment with retina specialist.

Although it took 20 minutes before my name was called on my initial visit, the office has been very efficient. I do not have to wait long for my name to be called. Dr. Halepaska was very patient, attentive and compassionate. She actually hears what my concerns are and is very practical. Never feel rushed. Each time I have had an appointment with her, I leave feeling like my concerns were addressed and I received the best care. Highly recommended.

Seeing Dr. Ho is a great experience. Sometimes the wait is long, but the care you receive is worth it. He is really understanding and truly cares about his patients. I cannot recommend him enough.

I have been going here for the past few years for my glasses and had no problem until this last visit. I decided to try contacts, I didn't realize it was such a big ordeal to get em when you're a first time wearer. Its been almost 4 weeks,and I am still waiting. I called to see if I can come by and get a copy of my prescription and was told there isn't one until I have their class and get fitted for the trials. So I am stuck waiting or I pay and go else where. If you go here I guess make sure you ask questions and understand before you leave.

I truly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Lawver. He was thorough and very informative. He took his time to explain each step of the exam and patiently answered all of my various questions. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team!!
