We waited two weeks for the appointment. We then waited THREE HOURS to see Dr. Laroche and he didn't bother showing up. There was no explanation given. We were seen by an optometrist while we were expecting to see a glaucoma specialist. They did not return our $30 copay even though we were not seen by the specialist we needed. Our worst doctor experience ever! You replied in the review that you are off on Saturday. We received multiple voice message and emails confirming the appointment with you on Saturday. Sounds like you are the only one who knows you're off on Saturday. Your practice is a Circus!

I did Lasik with Dr. Ramsey and had the best experience. The office staff, especially Christy and Lisa, were extremely patient and helpful, and Dr. Ramsey was born to help people in this way. My procedure was very quick, I experienced no pain, and I woke up the next day with 20/15 vision. This was one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself -Alison Dennis

My mother and I both go to this location and prefer it over any other eye place. Gail was extremely helpful today as are all the workers. This place is always clean and efficient in seeing their patients. It’s usually a busy location but they get everyone in and out pretty quickly. Will definitely be returning.

I’m so glad I found Dr Martinez and her amazing team! I didn’t get the names of the ladies out front, they were very sweet and helpful. The specific lady that helped me gave me all the different lens options without pushing or up selling, helped me select the right size frame for my prescription and was very cheerful. Dr Martinez was awesome! very knowledgeable about my eye issues, very reassuring and cheerful. She did not at all try to rush through the appointment like so many Dr’s do, she was very thorough and answered all of my questions, bonus that she knows my eye specialist personally! She is our new family eye Dr! Oh the office is very nice and clean.

Dr. Berbos has been caring for my eyes, and my families eyes for decades. His office is super friendly and efficient. His team functions like a well-oiled machine. I am confident that if you choose to visit his office you will be very happy with his service. I trust him and his team to care for my favorite organ. They have never failed me.

Best eye doctor and clinic I have probably been to. I went here for 3 years and would still be going here if we hadn't moved out of state. Dr. Perron really does what is best for your eyes. After switching from monthly contacts to daily contacts, my eyes were much less dry and had better vision. He also encouraged me to use eye drops, and although I don't use them as often as I probably should, I do keep them on hand when they feel very dry. He does a comparison of your old prescription and new prescription at the end of the exam so you know how your new prescription will feel-probably sharper and better. You get a discount on contacts depending on the time you buy them and how many I believe, you just have to submit the paperwork for the rebate-all of which they prepare and give you. It is hard to find an eye doctor this good, and the staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I still use the contacts he helped me discover years ago (clarity 1 day), and my eyes are pretty happy. Thank you!

It was an all around wonderful experience. Dr Mueller and the staff were so kind and conscientious for the best experience and best fit for my contacts and glasses. I was not rushed at any point and they took their time to answer all of my questions. I was new to contacts and they made sure I could put them in and take them out before I ordered any. Again it was an all around wonderful experience.

Told me that I have to schedule an appointment about 2 weeks ago then I show up 5 minutes before my 3:30pm appointment today and I was told to wait probably an hour because they are busy with 2 walk-in people ahead of me.

What a pleasant experience! I was looking for a new eye doctor for my mentally disabled older brother. I did some Google research and found Dr. Franklin. The office I’d conveniently located right off of Airport Blvd. The parking wasn’t overcrowded. I was able to get a safe parking spot. As I was checking us in, we were assisted by kind and thoughtful staff. As they tested my brother’s vision, the staff was so considerate and helpful. The doctor was so nice and educated both of us of all the things he looks for in exam. I can’t recommend the staff enough. I will definitely be going back to them for future care.
