Dr. Williams and his staff are great. They saw me quickly and took the time to explain what had caused my eye irritation and recommended what ended being a successful treatment. Highly recommend.

Dr. Wake is the best eye doctor I've ever had! Just wish his desk representatives were equally great.

I got PRK surgery here at Carlsbad Eye Care and was so blind I couldn't drive for almost 2 months, had to quit my job for that whole time only for in the end the surgery gave me ZERO percent improvement in my vision, it just made my corneas thinner (bad). When all was said and done, they told me to go pay someone experienced another few thousand to do it all over again. No refund at all. Honestly, the only thing that could have made this experience worse would be if my vision was permanently damaged.

I have never seen Dr. Ice before however her office staff and perhaps herself have spread false information regarding Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Advantage HMO. I have had several of my policyholders who are patients of Dr. Ice call and tell me what is being said at her office and it is ALL FALSE! If Dr. Ice dislikes Anthem so much why does she continue to be a provider for Anthem? I have reported her to Anthem and will continue to report her to Anthem as long as my policyholders report back what her office is falsely saying.

I went to Dr. Scheinker for years and then he moved his practice to Southgate. I didn’t want to drive that far so I tried going two other places. Big mistake! I don’t care how far I have to drive. I’m going back to him because he’s an excellent doctor, thorough, explains everything, and I know that I’m in good hands. When it comes to your eyes, you can’t mess around. Many of these places are like factories. He doesn’t rush you out the door. Plus, he’s very nice😊and that’s a real bonus these days.

What a great place and a great Doctor! I traveled a half hour to go here because they had the frames I liked. During my appointment Dr. Phillip Clayton found that I was needing a little more than just a check up and immediately set me up with a the glaucoma specialist in the office. Definitely a 10 star on a five star scale!

Went in to help my partner get his eye exam. After the exam was over we went to go pay, we get glasses online through a different company because they are cheaper and more affordable for us, when I asked the woman up front to please print out the prescription for us because we do not want to purchase glasses here due to them being out of our price range, she looked at me with annoyance and disgust on her face and said “that’s not true, the glasses aren’t that expensive because we give you 60% off” even though my partner did not want to purchase glasses there because they ARE expensive and we are college students! We will not be going back to this location, due to the rudeness of staff.
