The Cheng Optometric Group is a well-oiled machine … from the minute I walked in, to the moment I walked out, I felt cared for every step of the way. Dr. Cheng was extremely personable and took the time to answer all of my crazy questions. I also enjoyed watching a little girl pick out her glasses with the help of one of the associates- it was a very sweet interaction to witness.

The Hollis Vison optometrist was highly professional and affable. She appeared quite knowledgeable and willing to patiently answer questions. I felt comfortable having her for a second visit. Collecting my new rimless glasses proved enjoyable. Once again the staff readily responded to my inquiries regarding the price and production process of these glasses- a new style for me. I highly recommend Hollis Vison Center which has served me for several decades.

Dalenna helped me chose both regular prescription glasses and sunglasses. She was absolutely excellent and gave superb customer care and service to me. I recommend Dalenna to all customers. The store is new and bright. The frame selection of frames is good with good prices, especially with the Grand Opening special that I used. The store location is also good and convenient in the shopping center.

I appreciate the time and attention Dr. Bodley takes with my visit. I am thrilled with the latest equipment available to me and the importance of being thorough. The entire staff was excellent. I was made to feel they truly care about their patients and were very friendly. A true joy to visit with them.

Great place to get glasses Dennis takes care of you when you come in. So did his dad we have been going there for years?

Dr. Kathy Wong is the best. I had made an appointment for my friend who is disabled. I did not know anyone who went to this office. I had to make a non-referred office appointment. I just read up on the office and checked reviews. My friend was very glad with the office, especially when she met Dr Wong. The doctor made the appointment as easy and less stressful as possible due to limitations that my friend had. Dr Wong found a workaround to get the tests completed and diagnose my friend.s eye problem. Everyone should schedule with Dr. Kathy Wong! Second thought do not schedule with her or the wait to get in, and he would be so difficult. Lol

Morning appointments only; handicapped parking is not close to the entrance door.

Literally are never open during their posted hours, even after you call and check AND drive an hour into town to wait for a walk in appointment. The staff outside of the doc himself are rude and obviously not reliable.
