Fabulous experience ! I was greeted at the entrance downstairs, and the ease of checking in through the kiosk was really great. Dr. Eitzen was very kind and took his time to speak with me. Professional & easy to work with! Very enjoyable experience

The office is a one man show with the doctor… very time consuming when waiting to pick up contacts if she is with another patient. No eye imagining or switching between options for my prescription. Very different from previous exams I’ve had my entire life. Either way I was able to get my annual exam and contacts without a problem.

Excellent cataract surgeon!

We have been trying to get a return "COURTESY" call for a month. Nobody answers the phone....they just let it go to messaging saying they will return your call within 24hrs. Well it has been 720 HOURS!!! I need surgery also but I'll be danged if I want the stress of this place!!! I cannot speak of Eye Center of SETX cuz weve done business with them for years! But there is definitely something lacking with. Dr. Ren's staff! However; Dr. Ren has excellent Dr./parent relationships

Fallbrook Staff and Dr Tew are awesome. We are very pleased with the service they provided. Norma at the scheduling is super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and explained everything that we need to know. Highly recommended!

I recently went in and was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable customer service from Jose and his staff at Lens Crafters. Went in for an eye exam and Jose helped me pick out a perfect pair of reading glasses and sunglasses. Definitely recommend this location!

Laguna Coast Optometry 👁 SAVED MY EYE SITE! Thank you Ryan and Dr Nguyen. I get regular exams at Laguna Coast and thankfully the doctor educates me on my eyes, and I actually listened! Beginning of 2019 I wasn’t in California and had an eye situation so I went to a reputable eye surgeon in that area and the doctor told me I had a torn retina, it would heal, continue with my holiday. Five days later I was home, it wasn’t getting better so I went to see Ryan at Laguna Coast and a last walk-in with Dr Nguyen. They immediately rushed me to a clinic for emergency eye surgery. Laguna Coast took time to educate me I knew I was in trouble and if Ryan and the doctor hadn’t rushed me to the hospital I would be blind in my left eye. Thank you for showing care and concern for my wellbeing.

Hailey the store manager was amazing. She made me feel welcome, dedicated time while I was in my exam to pull frames that she thought would fit my face, and was extremely knowledgeable when walking me through my insurance benefits. Dr. Julie was incredibly thorough and I felt like she actually cared about my vision and perfecting it for me instead of rushing me through the exam to see the next patient. I’ve been at my optometrist for 23 years and I will be switching to Dr. Julie from here on out.

My son loves Dr. Ronald. We have purchased 2 frames, prescription swim goggles, and Liberty Sports protective soccer frames all here this year.The waiting area has plenty for my 6-year-old to entertain himself with while we wait. The staff is warm and engaging. Finally--the amazing choices of kids' size frames is astounding. Forget those big-box stores with cheap frames that break--Dr. Ronald has high-quality frames at very reasonable prices.
