About six years ago when I started going to renew my eyeglass prescription at the Walmart on Flatbush, I was a little nervous about the quality I might receive there. Those worries couldn't have been more misplaced. Dr. Jabbari has been wonderful. He's clean, well-spoken, and most importantly always gets my prescription right. He's hands down the best optometrist I've been too.

The doctor I seen here was nice ,friendly staff is just ok. Nice selection of glasses. However, upon getting my glasses I could not see a thing they sent them back got them again could not see asked for my money back but that was a whole debacle. Thinking it was me, I sent my friend and her mom there that was a mistake they both got their glasses they couldn’t see anything returned them back to the lab to fix second time could not see anything. Got their money back but not without a fight. Won’t be back nor would I recommend. Something is wrong with the lab they use. Talking to a neighbor he had the same problem he kept going back and all they say was u have to get used to them well if u can’t see it’s not safe to drive with them.

I LOVE Eyediology Vision! The staff is so nice, honest, and caring, and I was in and out of there quickly. They gave me great advice. I was so convinced I wouldn’t like any of the glasses they had in the office but I ended up choosing a pair which I love! They pick some really snazzy specs and they’re all super great. I 100% recommend!

Had an appointment in the early afternoon on a weekday. I arrived early for my appointment and was checked in. Then I sat and waited for more than an HOUR in their waiting room. I asked the desk several times what was happening. Apparently they had Wi-Fi issues. Communication was non-existent. After watching people after me sent to the doctor, they finally said that the doctor wasn't available for me because it was virtual. Would be "soon". Given how long they let me sit on "soon" you can be sure I'll never return to America's best. There are far too many competent organizations out there to even give this one another chance. The real kicker is I wouldn't even be upset if they had to cancel my appointment or delay it. But they just chose to let me lose an hour of my life because they couldn't be upfront about their issues. Pathetic.

I was very impressed with Dr. Walsman as a professional medical source: also his skill and competence in discussion , diagnoses, and his sincere concern with treating the whole patient, not just symptons. He actually spoke to me and did not bury his attention in a laptop!

The service was excellent. The employees were all extremely attentive and helpful. The doctor was very thorough. I appreciated how she took the time to explain to me in detail the results of my examination. All in all it was a very good … More

I have to say I've never had a full staff be as nice and helpful and just down to earth like I encountered in this office , (Southwestern eye, located in deming New Mexico). It is a pretty small office with approximately 6 maybe more employees and the Doctor that took care of me Dr. Brian Petracca. He acknowledged me by the name I go by before he even came into the room to see me. He took his time and answered any questions I had and explained things in a way I could understand. They all just seemed so happy and very good with each other. Usually there always at least 1 bad Nancy or Debbie downer in an office full of mostly women, lol . It must say a lot that I mostly just remember all of what I just said more than I remember what's probably pretty important and that's what I learned of my eyes, lol. That's gotta say something. And no it's not from a lack of explaining to me by them cause they did . It's just how my brain works . On what it wants to. That day it was friendly people. I wanna say thank you to that clinic.

Staff was friendly, my exam was with Dr. Pham. She was very thorough and did several different tests to assess my vision/retina, however it was clear she is a new doctor and inexperienced. She pointed out a couple abnormalities, but …

Two years ago I had Dr. Checked my eye and prescribed for my glasses. That experience was very good, he is kind and patient. Naturally I went to checked pass Saturday July 30, 2022. He is still there, still carrying. Answered all my questions about my eye situation and explained how medical insurance works. I was so pleased with him, now I am bring my mother ro see him today. You just can't find too many carrying doctors. I am glad that I have found one.

We came here quite urgently, and we able to make an appointment the same day. The guy at the front was very nice, and there was no line here, which is nice.

I purchased my second pair of glasses from Warby Parker today, this time at the new Montgomery Village location, and the experience was excellent. I loved WP online before, but because my prescription and measurements are a little tricky, in the past I had to visit the SF store location to have the measurements finalized. The new location in Santa Rosa is bright, clean, and has tons of frames to choose from that are significantly less expensive than prices at other stores (and they arrive more quickly, too). The folks working there were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I can't recommend WP enough for glasses!
