This was the only place I could find to accept my insurance so I went, and it was an experience. The glasses they had for customers to pick from were dusty and smelly, looked like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. So there was no way I was trying them on my face. I ended up picking anything just to get out of there. Initially, I was going to just get my prescription from them so I could shop online for some glasses that I would like.. well, they gave me the prescription with missing information, so now I have to go pay out of pocket to be seen by somewhere more professional. I should’ve just did that from jump. Sometimes it’s not best to take the cheaper option. Invest in yourself for yourself. Having clear vision is important.

Dr Abrams was a very nice doctor but his staff is the reason I’ll be coming back. I liked there kiosk process. Everything was smooth and easy. The receptionist where friendly and the technicians made me feel safe and taken care off.

Dr. Patel's gentle, professional approach to my eye problems have been very encouraging. Her office is well run by knowledgeable staff in the various specialties. It is truly a smooth operation and one that inspires patient confidence. The eyedrops she prescribed have already lowered my intraocular eye pressure and improved my vision. I highly recommend Dr. Patel.

I have had trouble in the past with my bifocals. I was recommended to try Dr. White in Cambridge. What a difference! The eye exam was more thorough then my previous place and my bifocals were perfect! I was so impressed that I returned a couple of weeks later and ordered another pair of glasses. This is the place to go to!!

I am ALWAYS impressed w the service, speed, and staff at Moore. They get you in promptly and moved through all the testing quickly, but you do not feel rushed by them or the doctor. I see Dr. Nancy Crawford; she is extremely pleasant and efficient. She did 2 in-office laser procedures on me expertly. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone looking for excellent, kind eye specialist.

Great place very pleasant and professional

The doctor I saw was great, but I had a poor experience with payment. I just got a new insurance plan at the time and was uncertain if it had Eyemed when asked by the receptionist but said probably not. I was told to call the office back to confirm after I was serviced. I admit I forgot to call back, but heard nothing from them for a year. Then I got hit with a $200 bill saying I needed to pay ASAP or it would affect my credit. I no longer had the insurance plan because I'd gotten a new job. I called them and tried to explain that I forgot and never had any further correspondence or any initial bill. The woman who took my call was incredibly rude and condescending.

After losing my glasses on a recent trip I went back to where I got my prescription, only to find out they were not longer there. The new company that took over was better than I could have hoped. Sydney was able to recreate what I had along with Brenda. I walked out feeling very pleased and confident in my choice to make this my new eye Dr.

Hello, the Timonium location optometry employees Lauren, Flo, and Scott all are exceptional in the care, time and knowledge bestowed upon their clients. My visit there is always pleasant from start to finish.

I called today to try to make an appointment but they gave me such a hard time that I ended up calling somewhere else and they dint even need half of the information. The girl who is answering must be new or she just don’t want to make any appointments. Hope the owner knows he is missing out on money.
