I see better with my 4 years outdated prescription. My prescription was wrong from this location. I'm seeing double vision with my contacts on and it hasn't gone away. I tried wearing them for a few days but nothing. On top of the 90$ prescription..... I wasted 80$ on contacts and they didn't work. I tried more than one pair out and they still didn't feel right. And I see way better with my 4 year old glasses. I wouldn't even trust this place for a retest.......I'm literally going somewhere else because I'm not gonna risk another 80$ worth of contact lenses because of this place.

Kimberly helped me get several pairs and educated me about the best placement and options. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years and I've never had an experience this good. Incredible service. And a great sense of humor!

Dr. Osterloh and Staff are knowledgeable and personable! A great selection of frames as well. Elegant travertine floors, and relaxing atmosphere. I have had other doctors who attempt to change your prescription every year to prompt you to buy new frames or lenses. Doctor Osterloh is very honest and competent. He didn’t warrant adjusting my prescription for 5 years. Amazing doctor and Staff!

The care is outstanding the wait times are outrageous!! Don’t make any other the plans the day of your appointment as you will be there 3 hours MINIMUM

The wait time was a bit much. Overall a good experience. Dr. Songy did a very comprehensive eye exam. I felt cared for and heard. The tech also said my last name correctly which was a good thing.

Everyone at My Eye Doctor is so nice and professional. Every time I go, they always take care of all my needs with no issues. Betsy is so sweet, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always answers all of my questions and even helps me pick out the best glasses that suit my face. Dr. Dan is awesome, too! He’s always so sweet, friendly, and professional. Great team at My Eye Doctor and I most definitely recommend!

Everyone was very kind and professional and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them to everyone who asked. This facility and the all the doctors and interns are truly the best eye doctors I have ever met.

I hesitate to rate this office because I don't want the secret to be out. But, the deserve a 5-star rating. Both doctors and support staff in this office are great!

The store was clean and organized. the clerk who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. She offered suggestions and was helpful. She was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining my insurance benefits. Couldn't have better unless you served me a steak and lobster dinner.

What a great experience at Clarkson in Suwanee! My 2nd time having Dr. Nguyen! She listens and explains things so I understand the short and long term prospects for my eyes! Also, just a nice person. The receptionist was great and the lady who does the checkout explains your options and is very knowledgeable! Have my appointment booked for 2024 with Dr Nguyen!
