Came second year in a row for my annual and contact lens exams — had great experiences both times. Doctors were super thorough and answered all the questions I had. I started to get dry eye in the last 6-ish months and we troubleshot what could the reason be (ended up being preservative allergy and switching to different drops fully helped). This year I also ordered glasses, Ali was very helpful in breaking down the cost components and checking the fit for my astigmatism. Heads up that you can buy a 1 year full replacement insurance for something like $45. I am careful with my glasses but decided to add that on since accidents happen. Getting the exact frames I wanted from Ray-Ban took a bit longer than expected but PSO couldn’t control that and they kept me updated. The production of glasses once the frames arrived was lightening fast.

Very friendly and fun staff. Quick, painless. Lots of frames/products to choose from. Excellent assistance in how to best utilize insurance. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Very disappointed. Multiple calls to make an appointment (online not available). Waited over an hour in the office waiting room before being seen. They had me seeing the wrong doctor for the wrong reason. The doctor I met with had no idea why I was there. No online medical records. Spelled my name wrong on a procedure consent. Do not recommend and will not return.

The office is dirty and the staff is rude. They forgot my appointment, charged my wife $38 more for the same thing, and rudely refused to fix it.

Everything was awesome! The guy who helped my daughter, who is 7 and it’s her first time taking an eye exam, made her and myself feel super comfortable! Best LensCrafters so far! Thank you!

Dr. Kaestner is extremely knowledgeable and excellent with her work in aesthetic injections. She has been doing it longer than anyone in the business I know of. I wouldn't go to anyone else for botox! She is conservative with her work yet always achieves the look her clients want. I have referred many people to her and they are always happy with the results.

This is the BEST optometrist and frame place EVER! The service is impeccable, the staff is incredible, the selection of frames also awesome, and dr choi is a superwoman! She was able to get me back into comfy contacts after a year of me being frustrated with an eye issue I've been dealing with. So happy to have found this place!

At first hard to find, inside a big brick building. But the service is so incredible! They fixed two of my glasses not bought there for free. And the OD was so kind, professional and thorough. Highly recommend.
