Everyone was very personable and ready to assist in what I needed. I had a procedure done on my right eye and felt very confident in the ability of the staff. Love my doctor.

This is not a review of Dr Konrad but her office. I scheduled an appointment a couple of weeks ago, read my insurance over the phone to the office and went in today. When I got there the office told me they had no record of my call and they didn’t take my insurance. I understand mistakes but this was frustrating cause I needed to see the doctor. Back up square one. If making an appointment with this office make sure you double check

Excellent service.

First, Dr. Unger incorrectly filled my eye prescription. I went thru 3 pair of glasses trying to fix the problem until I decided to go to another optometrist. That 2nd optometrist told me my prescription was bad. I went back to ask for a refund but she said she would instead give me my next prescription free. Ok, i accepted that. So, this month i went back to renew my prescription but I was told it had been over a year and the offer was no longer valid. I countered that she had not specified a time limit and I was refused the "next prescription will be free". She may well be a good optometrist but that's a lousy way to do business.

I’m rating it a 4 star because the doctor was nice and explaining me everything . BUT! There’s this one skinny morenita girl that was laughing the whole time while the doctor was explaining I don’t know what was funny …. If he was telling me that one of his patients got blind in one eye she was rude as hell . And I’m surprise that I was calm and being nice! 😆 cause if not I would’ve started something 😭 .

I’ve been this place twice and it was amazing each time I visited. There were a variety of glasses you could choose from with reasonable prices. What I really loved about this place was that my glasses were made ready on the same day. On top of everything, the shopkeeper/owner was extremely nice & attentive. He was very professional and was willing to help me out when I came up with a pair of loosen glasses. I loved this place and so will you!

Dr. Huffmire is really, really great. He's honest, helpful, attentive and will assist you with what your sight needs are. Truly a real professional, pleasant, sweet as can be, and I'm so lucky to have him as my eye specialist.

This eye doctor is truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Colón was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. Gabi made getting my first-ever pair of glasses such a smooth and enjoyable experience with her kindness and attention to detail. I’m so grateful for the warmth and care they all showed me—this is a place I’ll always trust for my eye care!
