Dr. Pribis looked after me when I got pink-eye and keratitis while I was working in Stamford. She is very hospitable and will answer your questions thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Their office is modern and very well laid out and the housekeeping is up to snuff. The staff was friendly and courteous. I like Dr. Novak who recently married and is now Dr. Olding. She is good at her job and I would recommend her and the North Olmsted office to my friends.

Friendly and helpful staff made the process as a new patient super smooth and efficient! I was very impressed with how detailed and caring Dr. Miller was during my contacts fitting. He explained everything with clarity and transparency, and was not at all pushy or condescending like some experiences I’ve had with other optometrists. Love that the office does not close during lunch times and there will always be someone to pick up the phone during open hours. Highly recommend if you’re needing a new optometry place in Pleasanton!!!

Dr. Cricket is wonderful and excellent at her profession. The staff testing was also very good. However I was sent an email indicating that it’s the year end I should have an exam for my insurance coverage benefits. I made an appointment when I came in I had to fill out the forms again? which should all be on file since this is not my first visit. After the exam the receptionist told me my co Pat was $15 then said oh wait your insurance only covers exams every two years and you should have made your appointment in about 3 more weeks for them to cover the cost. I don’t understand why they would not confirm all this before the exam? Anyway some of the fees I had to cover so I paid an extra $100 because my appointment was a few weeks too early. I will be more careful in the future but I would hope that the receptionist would be more competent to catch this before starting as most Doctors offices do prior to the exam and before I’m sent an email prompting me to make an appointment.

I found this office to be very efficient. My appointment was on time. The check in desk was very friendly. The nurses all introduced themselves and helped ease the nerves. They constantly checked on me and asked if I needed anything. The whole process went quickly and without any bumps. I appreciate all they did. It was my second visit and the first was the same. A big thank you to all the staff at Vision One. You are a great team.

Over this past year have had Retina surgery following appointments and recently Cataract surgery. Each step through this process have been great and the staff has made it comfortable and understanding. I give them an A+ on how well they do their job and take care of the patients needs.

I had a great experience at the eye clinic. The doctor was attentive, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. She was also very good at communicating and explaining everything to me. I appreciated that everything was done on time and my problem was successfully solved. Overall, I am very happy with my visit and highly recommend this clinic.

We absolutely love Dr. Boots. Our kids love going to his office because he takes the time to talk to us and explain what's going on.

Wonderful. Dr. Heath recognized a serious problem and recommended us to a specialist. We were able to start my husband’s treatment and saved us from a more serious problem later on. Thank goodness for him. We are recommending him to my one who asks.

Dr. Kavanaugh is great as is his front office staff. One of his assistants had an attitude when she asked the name of my medication for eye drops. When I told her I didn’t know, she made a not friendly sound.?I told her you’ve got the information on your records right there - she was punching keys on the keyboard & looking at the computer screen.
