I had a wonderful experience at the 10th Ave West GA Eye Care. Everyone was professional, experienced and the wait time was reasonable, my only complaint is my appointment was on a Thursday and I was prescribed eye drops and it was not filled until Monday. If this is common, I wish they would have let me know. Other than that, they are Awesome.

Excellent. I was greeted by Martha, who very kindly fit me in a bit early as I came too early. She was very helpful! My appointment was fine by the physician’s and staff. Thank you Martha for starting me off so I could return to my next appointment!

I have been a patient of Dr. Drill for 10 years. He is knowledgeable, accommodating, punctual, caring, kind and compassionate, informative and never pushy. I have been so pleased with my progressive glasses and highly recommend him. Speaking on the phone, setting appointment and checking in and out with the receptionist is easy and pleasant.

In this place, kindness and competency strive for ascendance, with neither outpacing the other. The reception staff were friendly and capable. The knowledgeable technician regaled me with wit and put me well at ease. Most importantly, Dr. Sunni Kovar, conveyed upon me the most excellent care. She accomplished what several doctors and specialists before her had not, and that was to discover a solution for me. She is a fine doctor, bright and intuitive. A to Z Eye Care lives up to its name in providing quality service from beginning to end.

Had a great experience getting my new glasses. Jessica was super knowledgeable, professional, polite, and cool! She was quick to help me and other customers all while running the store alone. Thank you Jessica!!!

The Women At This Office Were Very Rude. Slamming stuff around, I was extremely compliant and they were in my face telling me to leave because they had no idea how to treat my sty caused from dehydration. Extremely unprofessional. They ganged up on me because I was asking questions. The women in this office don't need to be working with people's eyes. You take advantage of everything around you but you have no idea what your doing. I felt like I walked into a gym class the women had it out for me as soon as I walked threw the door. I told you I was never coming back to your office. You had no reason to send me a detailed message at my home. I told you I already had a doctor and wanted to speed up the process. But once I tell you to not hurt me and you stomp around slamming doors and getting 2 inches from my face so I'm unable to talk or speak for myself. The women in this office obviously Don't know what the Word Freedom means. They obviously did not want to hear a word I said from the time I walked in the door they were rude right away. I was going to let it go I actually have a great Doctor opposite from this office he's just a busy guy who will take care of me. Because that's my right as an American Woman to heal myself. It is also my right to speak up for myself and every other beautiful human being who walks threw there door!1

Kudos to Dr Lehman and everyone in the office with whom I interacted. I was seen both quickly and thoroughly. All of my questions were answered and I was treated with kindness. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience. I went to Emerald Eye Center (Dr. Natalia Tilki) after double-checking with them that they accepted my UnitedHealthcare PPO insurance. They confirmed over the phone that I was covered and told me to come in — no issues mentioned. After the appointment, they suddenly claimed they don’t accept my insurance and tried to charge me $150 out of pocket. When I brought up that I had already confirmed coverage beforehand, they were dismissive and offered no solution. Eventually, after pushing back and speaking directly to the doctor, they said I didn’t need to pay — but the staff was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. They didn’t take responsibility for their own mistake and left me wondering whether I’ll still be billed later. It felt like a bait-and-switch, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values transparency, respect, or proper handling of insurance.
