Love the service Dr. Nix provides. She is wonderful. But- yesterday, waited 30 minutes before I had to reschedule and leave. No apologies from the staff at all for the wait. If the schedule is running behind, please reach out to the clients it will impact, so everyone's time is respected.

I had the most amazing, very professional, personalized five star LASIK experience at Johns Creek location with Doctor Ashraf , who explained to me every step of my procedure and what to expect, making me feel at ease , though I was very nervous at the beginning. The entire staff were so lovely and nice. Thank you guys a lot too! Procedure itself takes very short time and absolutely painless! I am happy to recommend Doctor Ashraf and his team to entice considering LASIK . I was able to read with no glasses the next day and drive the day after. Again , thank you all at The Atlanta Vision Institute!

Everything at EYEcenter in Rocklin was great. From setting up an appointment, front desk staff and the exam by Dr. Gittens. I did not choose to get glasses from them. I can not report on that part of the office. I had also received an exam at their Citrus Heights office 5 years ago. Also a good experience. I 100% recommend EYEcenter of Rocklin.

Best eye exam I've ever had and the optometrists are very friendly and sociable, made for a calming and much needed experience. Billers are very helpful as well working with my insurance carrier. Thank you!

Avoid this place at all costs! Im only giving one star bc I have to😡 They put my daughters glasses lenses in backwards and has been walking around like that for months. Right after she put them on and they were walking out she told Dad something wasn’t right. He turned around went back and they reassured my daughter that no nothing was wrong. So she just thought this was her new normal. We went for her checkup last week and our dr told us I’m so sorry to tell you this but they put her lenses in backwards. She was SO frustrated, as are we. And Walmart is doing NOTHING to make it right. Instead we went in to order another pair, paying more money to these lazy people and we got a im so sorry, and that’s it. Well, we went to pick her glasses up and the lady that helped us knew something was off. She kept asking the other lady if she thought the blue light was on there and she kept saying oh ya I’m sure, they never mess up. Hahaha are you kidding me?! My daughter walked around for almost 5 months with her lens switched bc of YOU GUYS! She kept looking at the glasses and finally told me that if her eyes got tired during the day after looking at computer screens or TV screens then to come back up and we will figure it out. So we did that today and wow, just WOW! So unprofessional, rude, judgmental, trying to say these were not the glasses given to us, accusing my fiancé of lying!!!!🤷‍♀️ Bc her workers couldn’t do their jobs right!!! And this was the manager, Marquita. I have never been more frustrated. And what’s even more sad is they are making a little 6 year old suffer and could care less!! How is any of this ok?!? Way to go Walmart vision 🙄

The staff is first class and is always so caring to my aging dad with advanced macular degeneration. The assistance and services they provide are invaluable.
