BIG, bright store! First time in the store, stopped in for a quick adjustment and found the technician to be professional and friendly. I plan to shop there for my next pair of glasses because the frame selection is outstanding.

Everything on my visit was beyond my expectations! I was blown away by how advanced they are! Dr.Grant is amazing! He is very experienced and thorough. Although he had patients back to back, he patiently spent enough time to explain everything in details and answered all my questions! Samantha at front desk was very friendly and helpful! Absolutely the best eye doctor in orange county!

Best Surgeon. Great skills, bedside manners, listens, very helpful.Had lazy eye lid surgery, looked perfect after. 'Cosmetic' procedures far exceed your average ' license, or certificate' in the procedure only nurse. Ive tried both, you get what you pay for!! Great staff.

I had a great appointment, thank you. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed through my exam and thought that it was one of the best, most comprehensive eye exams I have had in many years. I feel confident that these new lenses will work well for me. It was also very easy to make my appointment online and I only had to wait 2 days. There were actually appointments available in 1 day but I had to wait the second day for my schedule. They had a nice selection of frames. Everything was nicely organized and clean. It was a 5-star experience, for sure.

They were not ready for me. I called 4 times no one answered so I had to go there myself. When I arrived,I told them I am already a customer and my information is in the system. But they asked me again for my information. While I was writing my information again one of them opened the system and noticed I am a customer!!! They were not in a good mood and forced me to do another kind of exam which is optional, they told me it’s required because it’s not the same doctor!!! When I said no they were happy to say have a nice one. 👎🏻

The ladies at the front desk here are very rude. This office will charge you for a no show when you forget. They promised me they would send me a reminder and never did. Then they charged me a $25 fee which I think is unethical for a medical office. The woman in charge at the front desk told me very rudely…that I could pay or leave. Of course I left and I would never go back there! They also charged me money for a mask last year! Again, a lady at the front was very rude to me then. Obviously, they are either desperate for money or just very greedy. It’s too bad because I thought the doctor,Dr Liu was fairly good. Shame on Providence! I think they are part of Providence health care.

I cannot say whether the doctors at this practice are any good or not--I left after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes to see the doctor with whom I had made an appointment, to no avail. What I can say is that the office is inefficient and unprofessional and the staff is indifferent and uncivil. A number of people were waiting in an absolutely packed office (clearly, the staff overbooked). Two elderly patients who had themselves been waiting for over an hour to see their doctors asked whether they might be seen anytime soon. They were both told (by "Amalia," not sure of the spelling) that they would have to wait a little longer and then repeatedly and assertively told to "take a seat." No way to treat the elderly. In any event, if that is the sort of office that you can tolerate, ProHEALTH Lake Success Opthalmology is for you. If not, there are better offices out there.

Dr. Saeed is wonderful. She always takes into consideration what tasks I’m doing, like drive time and computer time, and how those tasks effect my eye health when making recommendations. She is never pushy and always explains the eye health benefits of her recommendations. She always gives you options and does the pros/cons of them. Furthermore, she has an eye for picking out frames that will compliment your face and style. If you’re looking for both a well-educated and personable eye doctor, she is the best....be sure to ask her about her work with people born with albinism....so fascinating and she’d never bring it up herself!

I called to make an appointment and was seen the following day. The staff is courteous and so helpful. My check up was thorough and I walked out extremely grateful and happy with the service.

Went to them for a reglazing job. They said 7-10 days but it took three weeks. They did make an effort to fit the frames to my face even while I was masked.
