My husband has now waited on his contacts, that they can't get right, for MONTHS. He was working out of town and needed new contacts. Today we get yet another trial pair instead of the full order he requested, AND PAID for. I don't know how this business stays open.

I can't say enough great things about this practice!!! From Lexie & Maria at the front desk to Dr. Morra...I feel heard, I feel safe, I feel understood!!!! High standards! Great technology! I've had 2 significant emergent eye infections in the last few years & everyone went out of their way to help me! Between understanding that my insurance company wouldn't pay directly, they are being patient about waiting for the claim (1st appointment was April 17th) & giving me samples for OTC drops because between prescription drops, 3 different levels of eye doctor's offices appointments & OTC drops the financial totals more than $2,000 for just THIS infection. Good news...the infection is 100% cleared, I have a permanent scar on my cornea, but, thankfully there is no damage to my vision!! If you are local....I recommend Dr. Morra at Skyline Optical on Taft Road. 👁️ ❤️ them!!! (SEE what I did there)!?!?!

Unfortunately it smells really bad of mold. I suggested to get it looked at and he stated that he had it checked and it was OK. Probably in the top 3 worst mold smelling places I’ve been to. The doc was fine and contacts worked well.

Before I left Rhode Island 3 years ago, my service was perfect. Now I have come back to Rhode Island, my service is excellent. Wow! What a great Team of Professionals. Keep it up!

Very friendly and helpful staff, did a quick fix for me! While waiting, I looked around and really liked their selection of frames. Will definitely be back to buy a new pair and my family wants to get their prescription there as well now! Thanks again for the fix!

Visionworks is awesome!! Without an appointment we were able to get our eyes examined. The Dr did the most comprehensive exam I have ever received! And I am 70 years old. I was having trouble selecting a frame and a lovely young lady helped me select a pair. She was so kind then completing the purchase process that we wanted to buy her lunch but she declined. Run don’t walk to Visionworks!!. They have a first class professional staff. Sally

I have a feeling that these bad reviews are for old staff or something because my experience here was great! Everyone was SUPER friendly, fast, and you can get your glasses in an hour. I'll never go anywhere else! The only negative is that some of the trendier frames are on the pricy side but that's not unusual.

Incredible experience! Team was quick and friendly. My doctor was so helpful and educational with real life suggestions.

I would like to comment on this wonderful company, Eye Care professionals. I have been seeing Dr. Crinzi for over 30 years when he was with Health Care Plan. My husband and I followed him to this company and have been very happy there. All of the doctors there are both professional and pleasant. The staff is just as great. I have never had a complaint or negative experience with any of the staff. Both my husband would NEVER go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to anyone and have.
