Excellent practice! The front desk staff is very friendly. Went above and beyond to get me an appointment. And then the doctor is one of the best you will get. Explained everything in detail and very experienced! Highly recommended.

This was my first visit and I loved everything about it! The ENTIRE staff was friendly, thorough and made the overall experience awesome. The location was convenient for me downtown and had a very professional and modern atmosphere! I did not have to wait and was taken care of very efficiently throughout the entire visit. I also received input from the entire staff on my frame selection which was super helpful since I need that feedback in the absence of my wife’s opinion. Highly recommend and I thank all the staff for a great experience!

My family has been going to Costco for eye exams for a few years now and the staff here are always friendly and have excellent service. Eye exams for kids are comprehensive and the doctors take the time to evaluate our vision. Reasonable prices since we don't have vision insurance.

I love this place. They have a great selection of eyeglasses and if they don't have what you want, they try (and succeed) in getting it. The doctor that examined my eyes was very patient and kind. Ariel who handled my eyeglasses was a true gentleman and I loved the whole experience. I would give them a definite 5 star rating (would like to give them more, but that's all they have). Dr. Richard Jozkowski is our family opthamologist for over 5 years. Our experience with the Dr and the office starff has always been professional and pleasant.

Dr. Kintner and his team are wonderful. Very precise and helpful. Entire team is cheerful and customer focused. I highly recommend for anyone looking for their optical servcies.

Great experience, and thorough exam.

Disappointed on the 2 ladies that helped us first. Not very helpful with attitudes until the black woman with very good customer service skills initiated to help us. We almost walk out but thanks to the one that helped us, Wife and I were very happy with her. Doctor was great as well. Recommended but they need to do something about the other customer service representatives.

Excellent experience getting an annual eye exam, referral for LASIK, and a new pair of computer glasses. The doctor was awesome - super experienced and communicative about the science and other ins and outs of my eye health. I learned so much! PD was a joy helping me pick glasses, was very transparent about all costs, and was just a kind soul. Looking forward to making this my eye health home.
