Huge shout out for William Erkus, Tamara, Tanner, and Stephanie for taking my medical problem seriously and getting me in for an emergency appt, and putting my mind at ease knowing they were making room for me. Tanner did a thorough preliminary exam and peripheral exam, so that Dr. Erkus was able to determine quickly what could be eliminated, and the root cause of my emergency. They didn't try to charge and treat me for possibilities, but instead pointed me in the direction of proper care, even though it wasn't with them. Trustworthy, reliable, and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My kids been going there for the last 8 in a half years and I never had any problems with them only once it’s just with the glasses coming back but so far they are great and fast.. staff is great the Dr. is very sweet and patient my kids still goes there I will recommend this place to anybody need good service

Dr. Shaw is thorough, he identified an issue either missed or I was not informed of by other doctors which could significantly affect my quality of life . He always gets it right the first time with lens strength, something I've struggled with at other doctors. Highly recommend him

We have had years of truly wonderful experiences at the Wheatley branch of Optyx. Stephanie is unbelievably nice, has a great eye for what looks best, doesn’t try to upsell, and is very patient. I’d also highly recommend Dr. Ohlig, who helped me calibrate my prescription (and finally fit me with contacts that fit well) better than I’ve ever experienced before. The price point is in line with the location, but the product lines and service are truly top notch.

This was a great experience for me! The front desk worker was very sweet and the doctor, Wallissa Lancelin, was extremely kind and informative. They made me confident when leaving that I had made the right choice in visiting them.
