Dr. Gandy and staff were very attentive to all my questions and concerns. Great overall experience. Will recommend him to friends and family.

I had an accident where volcanic glass shot into my eye. Dr Schwartz took her time to see me even though I was a walk in and it was near closing. She made sure I did not have any obsidian pieces in my eye and gave me a treatment plan which is already helping my eye feel better. Very caring doctor, and very thankful!!!

I got notification on Friday that order had shipped and given an ups tracking number. The tracking still shows package hasn't left Warby Parker as of Monday afternoon. Customer service acknowledges that they have no information for me and are unwilling to look into it further until order is officially late. I paid for expedited shipping. First experience with Warner Parker. Not impressed. Hope when I actually receive glasses, they meet expectations. update- glasses arrived and quality was terrible. Had to return and go elsewhere. The prescription was fine. I believe the person that was at store mismarked them and did so with a sharpie instead of using machine a few feet away. i feel scammed

Dr. Bradley has cared for our child born with cataracts for many years. She has operated on our son once, and has been our only and very best Dr. for all of his eye care. She is outstanding! She takes time to care for him as a person as well as a patient. She always answers our many questions with patience! She is kind, caring, intelligent and is one of the best in her profession :-) in our humble opinion.

I love Dr. Nguyen's thoroughness and care. She listens to her patients and takes her time. Thank you!!!

Saw Dr Met as a referral from Dr.Cathy Alexander at RMH aka Mercy Health, felt overly rushed to make a treatment decision for my DR in my right eye. Did one session of PRP per Dr. Met's request, two days after the PRP I developed atonic pupil. Decided to get second opinion from someone else locally and was informed that PRP is outdated and that the numbing shot beforehand usually isn't necessary. Was informed that there are intravitreal injections with more promise than what I had done. It felt like I was rushed in, they charged my insurance and then sent me on my way. The nicest people in the place are the two nurses. The front desk girl looks like she hates life and Dr. Met has as much personality as a potato. Stay away. Northern Illinois Retina is the place to go.

I had no idea how bad my eyes got over the years. I went to Doctor Ouellette and he repacked both lens in my eyes. I can see like I was a young man again. The staff at Bristol Eye Associates is warm and friendly and Doctor Ouellette is the most outstanding friendly doctor I have ever met.

I have been in several times and I wanted to rave about Lindsey. She is so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Truly a treasure and so much fun to work with. She has a keen sense of what works for your face. The staff is wonderful and helps maximize your benefits.

Lovely, professional and yet warm environment. I feel in very good hands with Dr. Nguyen. And I am so happy he is helping me take care of my precious eyes and eyesight. I also enjoyed working with Angela in the eye glass department and choosing my new glasses. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful!.
