I don’t know why an optometrist believes he as a right to tell patients that they don’t need to take medication for their anxiety/depression, but it’s safe to say I won’t be going back to him.

There is a picture taken at the exam that is not necessary. I filled out a form specifically indicating that my daughter did not need the picture. But they took it anyway. I only found out when I had to pay for it in their impressive office and was pressured to remain silent. The receptionists are very arrogant for no reason. They had my telephone number wrong and could not find my trial contacts because the doctor did not review my feedback and reorder it. But they acted as if it were my fault. There were no apologies.

Dr. Nicola has taken care of our entire family for years. We lover her and wouldn't go anywhere else. She is extremely knowledgable but also very approachable. She is great with kids. She spends extra time answering questions and explaining everything to me. Her staff is friendly and helpful. And her office is clean and inviting. I highly recommend her!

Don't expect to be treated at the time of your appointment. Normal wait time are two hours after your appointment. This office is overbooked and short staffed.

We were referred here from Adena and unfortunately we waited for 90+ minutes before the doctor even seen our client! Two people came after us and left treated and on their way. Not happy at all with the service! We won't be back.

I had a pleasant experience here. Friendly staff and doctor. It was easy and super fast. I was lucky to be able to just walk in but appointments is recommended

I had eye cataract surgery removal by dr. Kerendian. He was recommended to me by a friend that had the same surgery. I can’t say enough about dr. Kerendian personality, care, and knowledge. He explained everything to me about before and after the procedure. His office employees are outstanding too. I live in San Diego and came to him from long distance but he is worth all the hardship of traveling to his office. I am happy with the result and will have my other eye procedure confidently with him too. Thank you Dr. kerendian.
