Dr. O'Neil is a great surgeon and has great "bedside manners"...very important to our family when choosing a provider. Nurse Elvia and Medical Assistant Michelle have great customer service. Location is near the US-60, easy to get to from Baseline turning on to Vineyard. Our child is comfortable every visit (well, no one likes eye dilation drops) and leaves happy with a lollipop. The office is clean, colorful, and had TVs to occupy the kids...even in the exam rooms.

Just had a follow up visit for one of my kids with Dr. Walter today and it was a reminder or just how much I appreciate having made the change over to his practice. Initially, we switched to this place out of necessity, due to a change in insurance. Now, years later, I am so glad we did. He stays up to speed on the latest developments in the eyecare world, and we have been navigating treatment for Myopia with contacts. The whole place is attentive and helpful. Also, I have to mention Terry, love talking to that dude, and he makes navigating insurance questions and rebates a breeze. To all of you, you are the best, thank you for all you do!

Dr. Ahn is a warm, compassionate and knowledgeable professional with a staff that are very good at their jobs. They always take time to explain procedures, financing options, and assist with making good choices for patients.

I have been here for more than an hour and a half and still have not seen the doctor. It is not busy. This is ridiculous and a complete waste of time for a simple contact lenses exam.

The entire registration process from start to finish was very good. Pre registration was easy and straightforward. Robert was very helpful. Location is great. Clean, warm, and very welcoming. Dr. Silver was knowledgeable, efficient, and answered all of my questions. I left my appointment feeling confident and comfortable.

Based on a friend's recommendation, I recently decided to bring my two elderly parents to Dr. Yeh for eye exams. I live far away from them and really wanted to find a good eye doctor in the South Bay whom they could depend on. He was incredibly thorough in his examination, taking significant time to listen to their complaints and also to explain his findings to them. He even answered my bystander questions whenever I interrupted. It is a sad thing when eyesight begins its slow deterioration with age, but Dr. Yeh gave me great assurance that my parents' care is in good hands.

Very friendly staff, although the office is a bit small, the customer service definitely makes up for it. Dr Thomas Choi is superb! Although I am a new patient and have only seen him twice, my experience so far has been great. Dr Choi is very patient, knowledgeable, explains things in depth, listens and most importantly shows that he genuinely cares. I was referred by my PCP Alan Frischer, whom I also love. After seeing 3 different doctors who couldn't figure out this inflammation in my eyes, he quickly new what labs to order and what to prescribe to provide some relief. I've had inflammation for about 7-8 months and his meds provided immediate reduction in swelling. Unfortunately my labs revealed positive AMA's, but at least now I know the next steps I need to take. I will also share that my first time calling, no appts were available for about 2 mo, but after explaining my case, Dr Choi made room for me that week. If I could give 6 stars I would !!!

I loved seeing Dr Arnao at Super Optical Express I've been going there for at least 5 years. He is very thorough. The Desk staff is OK, Melissa is the best. Yes the office needs updating in the decor and the floors.

Thank you Dr Gulbass and Staff. I was completely blind and darkness, but with your help and skills, I was able to regain my eye sight in both eyes. Only you knew what was wrong with me. You've been my doctor for I believe 25 years and counting and your and awesome doctor. Wouldn't trade you for anything.

Spent an additional 99.00 to have the anti reflective put on my lens.Went in and showed it to an employee and she agreed it was defective. She was going to send the glasses out to get it reapplied but said it would take 1 to 2 weeks to get my glasses back. I explained I couldn't be without my glasses as this was my only pair.She then suggested to remove it altogether . Now the glasses were only 5 months old the anti reflective was definitely defective by their own admission, but they were only willing to give me credit for half of what I paid. Not good enough Eye Care Express If I paid 99.00 and your product is defective 100 % should have been refunded. No wonder your only rated 3 1/2 stars.
