I know that Steve has the best interest for customer. He has the best price in town for contract and frames and also lens. You have to know Steve to enjoy his work and his place of business. Go down there and check it out for yourself.

The entire process from start to finish was super pleasant. Every single person that I encountered during my visit was friendly, knowledgeable, super funny, and great to be around just in general. You can tell that this is a great place to work because the employees seem genuinely happy. As a patient I felt very listened to and never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Fantastic experience.

I had an appointment at 5:00 that I drove 30 minutes in rush hour traffic from Rockford for. I arrived at 5:11 and apologized to the front desk girl for being late and explained the 2 traffic jams I sat in on the way. She said it’s ok, talked to someone in the back and then said sorry, everything is shut down for the day. I asked how that is possible when I had an appointment and they are open until 6pm? She said after 10 minutes they assumed I wasn’t coming and so shut everything down. I reminded her it’s only 5:13 (by this time) and no one even tried to call me to see if I was coming? All I got was a blank stare and “Yeah, sorry.”

My daughter had her very first appointment with Dr. Fuerst last week, and she was PHENOMENAL! So gentle, and kind with my little one, and super sweet to me and my mother! Her assistant, Jenn was amazing as well!! I am SO relieved, and feel so at peace with letting these kind ladies take care of my baby girl and her eye sight! I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone! I would give 100 stars if I could :)

I have been a patient since 1985. I have moved out of the area and tried other doctors, but I always come back. We live an hour away, but it is worth the drive. Very good with all ages. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Thomas Tsai and his staff are all top notch. In my opinion, he is one of the most thorough optometrists in Fredericksburg and he truly cares about his patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Tsai since 2017 and I see no need to ever look elsewhere for my optical needs. Awesome work Dr. Tsai & Team!

2 of my adult children were there 3 plus hours for exam each! Unless your ok with them wasting your time avoid them at all cost,this place needs new management. I've been seeing the same eye doctor (Northwest eye care on Central) for 10 years never been there for even A hour. Very inefficient and NO ONE IN FAMILY'S GOING THERE EVER AGAIN! Shame on them. Very upset
