Thank you Dr. Lancaster, Jesse, Rocky, and the entire team for making my Lasik experience so easy! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They walked me through everything and made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. It was so quick and less than 24 hours later, my vision is almost 100%. I was also able to drive myself to my follow up appointment the next morning. Dr. Lancaster made me feel so comfortable by walking me through each step of the procedure. I just left the eye doctor here the entire staff is amazing everybody was helpful friendly knowledgeable and the prices are written right in front of your face so there's no questions as the patient I was in and out and they quoted me less than 10 days for my frames to come in awesome place so glad I decided to go here The parking is easy to get in and out of very conveniently located Update: I love them so much that I made my husband an appointment they're the lady even talk to me on the phone while he was picking out his glasses and explain the pricing because I could not be there at the time of his exam what a phenomenal place !!! I walked into this location yesterday with somewhat of an emergency- I needed some new contacts before my upcoming wedding. Everyone in the office was so nice and accommodating. I spoke with Ms Tiara, Savannah, and two other ladies who were super helpful. They were able to get me new contacts and even taught men how to insert them. 10 out of 10 experience.

My visits and check-ups with Dr. Parker are always on time, thorough and informative. Purchasing glasses/frames from Kathy Southerland, Optical Manager is always a delightful experience. She is very good at her job, whether fitting for glasses or making adjustments any time it is needed. She makes it easy and it is obvious she enjoys her work!
