Hey guys, Just wanted to let everyone know that this place is totally amazing!! Awesome service!! Russ and his staff are so polite, cool, and attentive to the service you need! I just needed a reattachment on my frame but asked around and the prices are definitely great as well!! They also have a wide variety of options. Quality and customer service is definitely their priority! They have a loyal customer from me! Take care everyone.

After Dr. Martino retired from business, I was hoping to find a caring and very professional eye doctor to take care of my needs. Rest assured, I found one. Dr. Audrey Raley and her staff are very thorough and caring for their patients. Highly recommended!! I’ve already talked to our maintenance guy here at the complex and he was impressed and saved Refined Eyecare’s contact information on his phone.

One of the best experiences I've had at any doctor's office! Between the the attentive and friendly staff, to Dr. Lippi's kind nature during my visit. Everything was explained to me, all my questions were answered and when an error with my insurance occurred I recieved a text message to rectify the situation. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an eye doctor, you will not be disappointed.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They technicians acted very professionally and communicated what each of the next steps would be. Once the doctor entered the exam room she proceeded to the exam and explained the situation in great detail. She advised me of the probable and possible circumstances that I could face. Yet she provided a very positive outcome. Very reassuring!

This is the 1st time I come to Washington Retina and it was great. Front staff was very nice and helpful. The young lady, Amber, who did the eye testing was excellent at her job and very friendly. I will be coming back to check my eyes at this establishment. I recommend this office!

I have been a customer for years, but the fact that the owner pretends that they don't understand English when you have a problem is beyond annoying. Their quality of service has definitely diminished. A few years ago, they had an amazing Optometrist, but now the so called 'owner' took over (who knew she was licensed, or so I think she is). They tend to over charge for additions (make sure you check your insurance coverage before going). They don't call you when your glasses are ready. They charged me for contact lenses I NEVER received two years ago, plus they charge $20 for how-to first timers. ! Also, the Optometrist doesn't take her time in checking your eyes. She doesn't ask you questions and writes stuff down and doesn't even tell you if your eyes are better or worse (again she doesn't speak "English"). She is always in a hurry and rushes you out. They overbook and are all over the place. if you are on a budget and don't mind the possibility that the 2 minute exam maybe incorrect, then go right in. But if you are particular on the service, quality, and optometrist, then this NOT a place for you.

I like the drs and staff. The WAIT IS HORRIBLE. Plan on hours of your life being used.

Go else where if possible. Was extremely hard to schedule. Phone hold time are very,very long more than likely to being short staffed. I was offered only 1 times slot . Phone staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Long LONG wait time. Also VERY expensive if you have regular insurance & not Medicaid/ACCCHS Clinic like. It’s a MESS here from billing to telling ppl there will be an 2-3 hour wait. 😳🤯😲. My Daughter was prescribed glasses by a Dr. Here. came today & had a balance of 94.00 and I was told that this HAD to be paid prior to my daughter being seen to see if the glasses worked. They refused care to my 7 yo old because of a balance that I offered to pay in smaller payments. My daughter is walking around with glasses that this office is not sure of are her correct prescription. Because of a $94. 00. I had already been seen at the practice before a doctor dilated her eyes at this practice and prescribed her glasses and stated that they would like to follow up in a month to make sure that the prescription was correct and that she was in correctly due to there being a balance of $94 in which I agreed to make payments on my daughter who is seven years old and has a prescription from the office for glasses was refused service and refuse to be seen by medical doctor at this practice

I had cataract surgery in January 2024 which was performed by Dr. Brent Betts at Eagle Eye and Laser Center and very thankful for the great vision I now have. I am happy to recommend him and the whole team at Eagle Eye and Laser Center. I thank Dr. Betts for his skill and for the wonderful care I received from the preop nurses and anesthesiologists who made me feel very comfortable. This is a great team of professionals and very good at what they do. Thanks to all.

Dr. Tim James is a great Optometrist, been seeing him for years. Very professional and always had a great experience!

The (general) manager, I believe her name was Andrea, she was absolutely amazing. I had a small issue I needed help with and she went above and beyond to help out. She is so patient and friendly. You don’t see people who care about others anymore, especially in a work setting. Customer service is a thing of the past, but this lady… 5 stars for her! We are already repeat customers and have been going here for years, but employees like this make sure customers want to come back! Thank you for your help and kindness, and caring about people enough to try to fix their bad days. 🙂
