Everyone was very attentive and informative from the beginning to end. Ryan helped me schedule an eye appointment the day before coming in, and even went over the benefits my insurance offered. Dr. Inman was very informative and helpful with my concerns, which I really appreciated since I havent recieved a proper eye exam in years. What I really loved was having a doctor's office visit on a weekend! Really sealed the deal with that!

Just had my eye exam done here. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in! The doctor was amazing and gave a thorough contact lens exam/fitting; she made sure I got all my questions answered before I left!! Highly recommended :)

Dr. West and team are awesome and very personable. Natalie was very knowledgeable and helpful with our insurance coverage and suggested some great cost savings for us. We are returning patients and have never been disappointed with their service.

I had two cataract surgeries this summer with Dr Josh Justice. It was an amazing experience and I recommend him highly not only for his surgical skill, but for his genuine care of the whole body system! He was patient with all the questions this reporter put to him, helped walk me through the options that would most benefit me, and the follow up has been extensive and thorough. I trust him and recommend him without reservation!

This place has horrible customer service. The guy at the front desk doesn’t greet the customers.

Very nice doctors but the office staff is very rude

This is an exceptional, marvelous optical shop. Randa is kind, warm. and does all she can to be helpful in every possible way. I've had glasses most of my life, but never enjoyed choosing them and getting them so much, nor had them fit so well. She does everything she can to get the lab to make them and deliver them rapidly, even in the busy holiday season!

Very polite, friendly, welcoming. Interested in my vision complaints and concerns. I will most definitely be making this office my place to go for my annual eye exams. Good morning, I bought my grandson in on yesterday July 17th and he just love this place. The staff was very friendly and the doctor talked to him on his level instead of over his head. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't accept debit/credit cards and I forgot to get his doctor excuse and I called to ask if they could email it to me and was told no. It would be nice if you would consider these two suggestion. Thank you.

I had to switch from another eye dr and found New England Eye Care. From making the initial appointment to forgetting my prescription at the counter after my appointment I had a great experience! The staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and have an extraordinary willingness to help. The Dr I saw was very patient, thorough, explained everything well, and LISTENED. I’m very glad that I switched!!! I do like a broader selection of frames though. They have a decent selection but I’m sort of a frame junkie lol
