I had lasik surgery two months ago at the San Diego Lasik Institute and I’m so glad I finally went through with the procedure. I had been wearing eye correction for over a decade and was tired of dealing with glasses and contacts and my irregular astigmatism. I now have 20/15 vision and see better than I did when wearing my eye correction before surgery! Dr. Darrow, Dr. Pham, and the rest of the staff were all exceptionally kind, efficient, and professional. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Butcher was very friendly, attentive, caring and thorough. I was very frightened when going for the appointment because I had flashes and floaters that just appeared out of no where. I knew that I possibly had a retinal tear or detachment. He reassured me that it wasn’t and that it was cause by natural aging. He also scheduled me to see a retinal specialist to ensure all is well and to do follow-ups. I’d recommend Dr. Butcher to everyone!

The service is very good, they are very heartwarming and they provide the best for their patients. Every doctor has a positive attitude and they explain thoroughly for every eye care.

The experience I have had with Doctor Ryan Smith have been amazing and wonderful now and throughout the years I have known him. If I could say it and I will he has the best bedside matter. He really is just AWESOME! Thank you Dr. SMITH!!!

Dr. Ferguson is kind, personable and professional. She puts you to ease as soon as she greets you. I will refer her to anyone I know looking for a good optometrist.

The service here is quite horrible. My mom went in for an eye surgery and so many things happened wrong. First, she was never sent with pain med prescription AFTER surgery and was in excruciating pain. Second, her eye got infected but the doctor insists it was fine. Anyway she put her on different meds which helped the infection; but takes forever to fill a prescription. She’s been a few weeks without. The secretary will relay the message but they are useless. And lastly, my mom missed a day of work because she thought she had an appointment only for them to tell her the authorization never went through. This clinic is so unprofessional and I feel like they take advantage of their patient population by constantly dropping the ball and not communicating effectively.

My first experience was extremely positive. The staff is very friendly and professional. The tech explained all the testing each step of the way. Dr Dubiner took ample time with me and explained her findings and medication options. I highly recommend them!

The best. I have been seeing (pun intended) Dr. Tinari there for years. Right from when they opened, till today, the entire team has been courteous, kind, professional and clearly the best at their craft. You get the feel of being part of a small practice/business that actually cares about the individual; that less “corporate” atmosphere is important to me. Very highly recommend.
