I wish I could give zero stars for the doctor. The lone star is for her secretary, the only positive about my experience. I called on May 3rd and was given an appt for May 16th at 11:30. I arrived at 11:25 and the doors were locked. I called and the sec'y came and unlocked it. She was alone in the office and was downstairs, no problem. She asked if I received her message informing me the doctor was running about 20 mins late and expected around 11:50. I said it was no problem and waited. While waiting, she measured my eyes and allowed me to browse the frame selection. She's super nice! The doctor finally showed up around 12:20 (didn't apologize for being late), and called me into the exam room. With the door open, and another client in the waiting area of this tiny office, she proceeded to ask me questions. I explained my primary purpose of the visit was a new prescription for my contacts. She then asked me about my contact use. Upon hearing answers she didn't like, she proceeded to chastize me like a child (I'm over 50) and tell me she's not going to give me a prescription for contacts! I told her I've been wearing contacts since 16 and the only problem I have is that I'm near sighted. She continued her rebuke and said she'd only give me a prescription for glasses and I was free to find another provider for contacts! I was stunned! The whole time she was berating me loudly, the patient in the waiting room could hear the whole thing. It was so disrespectful of my privacy and age! I had never experienced anything like that in my entire life! I told her, "I came to get a new prescription for contacts and after I waited 2 weeks, you're not going to give it to me because you don't like how I use them?!! Then there's no need for the exam!" I got my things and left. She's very unprofessional - being almost an hour late and was unapologetic. Then with the door wide open, spoke to me in such a disrespectful manner. I would never recommend her. This woman got issues!!!

I am about three weeks out from my cataract surgery. I found the office a ten in every respect from reception to surgery. Now, all personnel were all top tier but Diana at the main office is real positive standout. Very smooth and the results exactly as Dr. Freeman described. Recommend without reservation.

I had an eye injury and they were able to get me in right away. They said come on down. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and Charlotte Abbott checked on my eyes and relieved my worry about them. She seems actually interested in what you’re saying and even a bit of small talk, which is very unusual for a doctor. I felt very welcome and well taken care of.

This establishment was suggested to me by my pediatric optometrist. The owner helped me get my 18 month old his first pair of glasses. He was incredibly patient and so so kind to my little man. He turned what would have been an excruciating and exhausting experience into a piece of cake!! His advice on how to get my little guy comfortable with his glasses was golden and worked like a charm! I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone!

I am a patient of Dr. Wang's and have been since May of 2023. During that time I have had many appointment with her and two surgeries. During each appointment she was totally present, meaning focused on the issues with my eye. Not once did she give me the impression she was in a hurry. She explained the problem and the plan to solve it clearly. She not only explained what but why. During the two surgeries I heard every word she said to her resident. Her voice was reassuring because she was calm and confident and because i trust her. She is very busy, but when she is with a you, it feels as if you are her only patient from the beginning of the appointment to the end. Because of Dr. Wang, my vision and the quality of my life better. I recommend her highly.
