Had a pretty bad experience here. I went in to get an update on my contacts prescription. The equipment at their office is pretty outdated and the doctor gave me a completely wrong prescription for my eyes. The doctor also only gave me eyeglasses prescription and refused to give me a prescription for my contacts (the intent of my visit). I couldn’t even see anything out of them when I finally got my glasses. I ended up going to a LensCrafters to get the correct prescription. Don’t think I’d trust this location for my eyes ever again in the future.

I went February 9th 2021 i paid cash for that visit. a year later now I get a statement from blue cross saying that they paid yet I never received a refund I called the office and I was assured they always mailed out refunds but I was told my refund was applied to my deductible . I had blue cross call them and guess what I will be receiving a refund crooked crooked office staff

I had been going to Dr. Close since I was 16 years old. I am now 32. My daughter went to him, my husband went to him after we married. My grandmother was seen by Dr. Close and so was my biological mother. My entire family went to Dr. Close. He was the nicest, kindest doctor. After his death, I tried to make an appointment to be seen again due to my glasses not allowing me to see properly, and I was told that the new owners would not see me due to my many missed appointments. Now, I couldn't figure out what appointments I missed being that my insurance only covers glasses every two years. I was hurt. I had been going to Dr. close majority of my life and now, the new owners just took over and forgot about the people who were loyal to the office. Dr. Close would have never turned me away. Horrible way to treat patients who spent years coming to Dr. Close. Since then, I have told all of my family and friends to stop going to this office.

I had a really good experience. Amanda was kind and patient and really listened to my concerns. She explained everything thoroughly and I felt taken care of by the end of my visit. The technology at this location has upgraded, feels more modern, and the test results felt more accurate. I look forward to my next visit. 😊 …

I am very satisfied with my experience from beginning to end. At the appointments there was very little wait time. I have both eyes done now and had no problems occur with either and can see much better. Dr. Logan made the procedure quite comfortable. I had zero pain during or after. Thank you Dr. Logan

lenscrafters is the best place ever. i am always quickly attended and welcomed with smiles, this location is kept super tidy and clean. all the workers seem so happy to assist me and they are quick to fulfill any of my needs. so so so happy to be so well taken care of by this business!! would 1,000% recommend if you are looking for eye doctors or a new one!

Had my first appointment here today & am very pleased with my experience! This will be my new regular optical office. When first walking in the door, it is easy to feel a little underwhelmed by the small “lobby” area. However, if you look past the smaller size of the office, you’ll notice how nice the place really is. Really, the smaller space offers an advantage, as the staff are more alert to exactly what gets touched, and are incredibly vigilant to sanitize every surface, and pair of frames, that are touched by anyone. The entire place is very clean and well- lit. In addition, the staff were very attentive to ensure accessibility for wheelchair users in the space provided. The environment, and staff, is very welcoming, and it all feels very “homey”. The doctor I met with was incredibly kind and professional, and took care to make me feel very safe, comfortable, and informed. As it initially didn’t seem like there were many frame options on the wall, I was unsure, at first, if I’d actually be able to find a pair in stock that looked, and fit, well with my face. However, upon actually taking the time to look around, I realized that there were many in-style options available, including men’s, women’s, kids’ and sunglasses. I was able to find a beautiful frame for a transitional pair of lenses, fairly quickly! Long story short, if you are looking for a new optician, give this place a try!! Don’t focus on the size of the space, but rather the quality of the office as a whole. Thanks so much to the doctor & staff with whom I interacted today!!

The Dr was extremely pleasant & made me laugh. Staff is very helpful. I would recommend anyone that needs eye exam or glasses this is the place

I am fully impressed by the staff and Doctor's at Dean McGee Eye. I had a retinal detachment surgery and Dr. Was excellent I was worried I would loose my vision after the surgery, I have regained almost all vision. I still need Cataract surgery with will help my vision alone. Thank you Dr Bradford and your great staff.

The staff and Dr. Wong are incredible! The front desk was professional and prompt! Our nurse was great! She made sure my son was comfortable and that I understood everything they were doing. My son wishes Dr. Wong was his pediatrician too. She is the perfect pediatric ophthalmologist!!
