Got there a half and hour before my appointment time. And stood for 2 and a half hours. That's terrible service. The doctor said he was the only doctor available but the staff had the whole place packed. I went there for my son to get a exam. I will never go this facility again. If I can give 0 stars I would.

I called for an appointment the day before and was told by the receptionist to walk-in the next day at 3PM. The next day, I arrived and I handed over my ID and insurance card. I didn’t wait long and was soon being examined by Dr. T. He was friendly and was genuinely curious about my life and well-being. I felt comfortable and safe. He was thorough and the exam was finished in about 30 minutes. The next step was billing. They couldn’t find my insurance, so they were ready to bill me 100% out of pocket. LUCKILY, Mayra Alvarez, the office manager was there and she said that she would try to find my insurance information. She was a huge help and I had a sigh of relief!!! Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this business. I was there for two hours, but if I had all my paperwork in order, it would have been more swift! Great team I encountered!

After a two hour wait, I was finally seen by two techs who seemed overwhelmed. One of the techs blew air and shone a bright light in my eye repeatedly during tests, without giving me an opportunity to recover. Once I saw the doctor, I was pretty frustrated that he performed 3 different tests to come to the same diagnosis. He recommended a few types of eyedrops which seemed frivolous. He placed drops in my eyes without regard for my comfort. And worst, to add injury to insult, I spent 2 hours going between the techs and the doctor, spending a total of 4 hours at that office. I'm being generous giving two stars because the doctor is absolutely an expert in his field, however, the office is slow and unequivocally disorganized.

Potential hirees beware. This establishment is by far the most unorganized office I have ever been too. The doctor calls you in and tells you it is an interview but does not let you know you will be working and shadowing him. He does not wish to discuss with you the pay or benefits but want you to spend 3 days training " to see your skill set" before he decides he wants to hire you and tells you how much he feels you deserve to be paid. He also have another office in flushing queens that he requires you report to work at and pesters you to "get a car if you want to work here for long" because taking a train to flushing if you live in Brooklyn is a travel. I feel like that should be told to people before they waste their time coming in for an interview. I noticed He also was very rude to his patients and does not know proper office etiquette. I was there for an hour and he only dealt with 2 patients within that hour. Good luck to whoever is hired here you are going to need it.

Do Not Patronized this place of business. This place is horrible he accepts Worker’s Comp. for your initial first visit. On you’re second visit he try to encourage you to use your regular insurance. He told me that he can treat me better if I use my regular insurance instead of my workers comp insurance. I told him no because this is a workers comp issue and I don’t see what’s the difference between treating me vs insurance. I was told by his staff that he can bill whatever he likes on my regular insurance vs the guidelines he must be in compliance with the workers comp board insurance. He scheduled 2 more appointments for me after and each time he talked about using my regular insurance instead of workers comp. After I refused to use my regular insurance he told me it’s nothing else he can do for me and he was closing my workers comp case. Long be hold I had a Annual Eye doctor appointment for my eyes and when I seen the Eye doctor she told me that I have bruises on my cornea and She recommended me to see a specialist. Dr Daniel Khodadadian did nothing for me but the same eye tests over and over. This is how the tests went every time, Look at the barn house, look at the star(green) look into the red light, and he had his training staff test for dry eyes. Oh I got a better one every time I visited the office he wanted and he did occasional dilated my eyes. I didn’t know better not to let him do that. I think he caused more damage to my eyes then my original visit. Please be aware of this eye Dr. Do yourself a favor and research your doctor first when dealing with your eyes you can’t replace them with a new set. I wish I knew better.

I never had the chance to meet the black woman I so wanted to support. I was greeted by a young Hispanic girl wearing braces and another staff member when I went in for an eye exam. She was pleasant enough for the most part, but when I went to the back, I saw a different doctor. I was perplexed when I asked where Doctor Zoe was, as I was informed she had been called out; it would have been helpful to know when I checked in. The replacement was kind and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said that was fine, and we went on with the examination. She was kind and gave me some eye medication, which I later discovered had never been sent to my pharmacy. I returned to the front desk after the exam, paid my co-pay, and ordered some contacts, which I was informed would be available in seven to ten days. That was okay; however, I noticed it was taking longer than the ten days I was told it would take. I decided to call and inquire about the hold-up (strike 2). It took more than a month, and nothing was said. I was informed that my order was in backorder; however, two days later, after the call, I was told it was ready. I had to wait until the weekend because i was busy at work during the week. On my day off, I went to Downtown, but it was closed. I was quite irritated when I called the number listed on their website and saw that Google indicated they were open. Fortunately, I was able to leave work early the following week and go pick up my order. "Are you guys closed on the weekend?" I asked the same Latina girl wearing braces who greeted me when I arrived. She replied that it was something they had just started. I told her that the website needed to be updated because it had been closed when I arrived, and she simply nodded. NO apologies, Remorse. She was on her phone and continued to chew gum. I took my order, left I WILL NOT BE BACK I REALLY WANTED TO SUPPORT BUT HER STAFF IS LACKING!!!!

I can’t even begin to describe how shocked I was with my experience with Dr. Carly Stevens. Having lived in New York for quite some time, I had already abandoned any expectations of meeting a provider with good bedside manner. She really made a regular visit an absolute pleasure. Dr Stevens REALLY took the time to make sure my prescription was right for me, and was extremely careful and attentive the entire time. Unlike previous experiences with other doctors, it didn’t feel rushed at all. She demonstrated great disposition to answer all and any questions I might have, and went above and beyond to make sure I left my visit with everything I needed. I am so thrilled to have found this Dr. and could not recommend her enough. I haven’t received my glasses back yet, but I think I will be continuing to see her for any future eyesight issues!

My actual in person appointment with Dr. Thomas went great. I explained that I had 3 pairs of glasses (which I brought with me to the appointment) but when using all 3 I still had blurry vision. She did a full exam and checked all 3 pairs and insisted that my prescription had not changed. I left the appointment and still could not use any of the eyeglasses. After dealing with continued headaches for the next 3 months and complaining to a friend, they explained that I probably needed a PREMIUM progressive prescription to account for distance, computer use and reading. Dr. Thomas never even mentioned this option. Would have saved me ALOT of migraine pain and missed work.

I would not recommend going here. The staff was very unprofessional, I had an ICL appointment yesterday for pre-op consult with a surgeon scheduled on 09/25. I was called in the morning to confirm my appointment and only to find out the surgeon wasn't there when I arrived. 我不会推荐。工作人员不专业
