They are always overbooked. Waited there for 5 hours! All elder patients and making them sit there for hours. I explained my grandfather needed to eat and take medicine and the staff could care less. Find a different location *If you feel like your staff is so trained then stop over booking appointments and making people wait all day to see a doctor. Taking advantage of the elderly community. You all should be ashamed. Have you read the other reviews? Most say you staff is not great at all.

Bad attention. From the receptionist The ugly old woman who works there with short racist hair who just looks. If you are Hispanic or if you are white. If you are Hispanic, he treats you like you were an animal. Terrible racist attitude. And Mediocre thinks he's a big deal. I do not recommend going to this site, do not waste your time. Here. The doctor is very good but because of the attitude. From this woman. If you are Latina, don't go to this place. Because. You're going to have a bad time. They are not going to treat you even if you are losing your eye.

I had my eyes LASIK'd by Dr. Zhou, and it was smooth sailing from start to finish. She's super chill and knows her stuff. The whole thing was over before I knew it, and I was back to seeing the world in crisp detail the same day. Dr. Zhou's aftercare was just as clear and easy. Anyone looking to get their vision fixed, Dr. Zhou's your hero. She makes the whole laser thing feel like a piece of cake.

I went to see Dr. Zhou for my annual eye exam and to help with dry eyes. The office was recently refurbished, and looks great. It is large, modern and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and Dr. Zhou was able to get me setup with some eye drops that have helped my eyes tremendously.

I had the PRK surgery with Dr.Zhou months ago. Amazing experience!!! Dr. Zhou is a very informative and responsible doctor. I am glad to have her to do my surgery. The surgery was quick and went smoothly than what I expected. She told me what need to be taking care after surgery, and post up visits were incredible. Nice environment and friendly staffs. Super satisfied with my results, highly recommend this clinic.

Paskowski & Weitz has been my eye doctor for decades. They have always been very professional and friendly. Dr. Weitz and his son are very thorough in checking the condition of my eyes and vision. I will never go any where else. The quality of their frames has been excellent in my opinion. I have never had a problem with their care and service. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been patronizing Paskowski & Weitz since I was 12 years old … 1992 :) and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eye care needs. They are caring to my needs and still expeditious in taking care of my needs. It doesn’t take long to see the doctor, when I need to. The doctors take their time listening to you and talking with you. And I appreciate that their prices are affordable when I don’t have insurance. They have taken care of my entire family since the 90s, and I’ll continue to frequent Paskowski & Weitz until I’m gone.

No need to worry about making appointments in advance; I simply walked in and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. Dr. Cotler and Dr. Weitz provided exceptional care and expertise during my visit. They were both attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire examination. The staff told me walk ins until 1 were accepted, but after taking an hour and a half trip to come by 1, they then told me the doctor leaves early fridays. I insisted and they said they would see me, to their credit, but then they were trying to charge me $100 even though they're in network and specialists cost $35 per visit- confirmed with other opthalmologists in network. Do not appreciate the lack of consideration for patients' time/trying to overcharge

Hey, so a family member recommended me here & first time was great :) BUT the second time I came it was for an EMERGENCY ! I knew they only take schedule appointment but I was Upstate with the family for a birthday . Point is , every time I catch a ray of sunlight or open my eyes it hurt . I wore shades THE whole next day , called the office first thing in the morning and took a 3hr bus ride back to New York . I’m forever grateful cause if not I would have lost my right eye sight . All in all , it would small bacteria build up that we caught right on time due to me ever so oftenly sleeping with contacts :( .The staff is helpful .

Dr.Sleem is been an excellent doctor. My daughter has been to a few doctors before him and he was the only one who figured it out. I recommended him to my mom and he took care of her with both eye surgeries. I now recommended him to my brother and he’s taking care of his issues. I highly recommend him with his patience and listening to patients. Also that his exams are great and the secretaries also nurses are really nice and respectful. The whole environment there is great.
