Dr. Knowlton and his staff are true professionals. Efficient, effective, and compassionate. I strongly felt that they were listening carefully to my concerns and they tried to address each one. A great place to take care of your eyes!

Been a patient of Dr. Ekelund for quite some time. He and his staff just keep getting better and better! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and above all caring. The best eye doctor I have ever been too. (I have been to a lot with moves and age)

Absolute waste of time, would give 0 stars if possible. I have an eye condition that I specified when I set up the appointment, while in the office with the first tech, then again with the second tech, and the remote doctor. Because they do remote eye appointments here. You will not see a doctor in person. You will instead get an assistant who thinks he knows more than you because he used to be a surgical tech. Eye doctor had no idea about the condition, so was surprised when I told him I knew a contact would likely help, and then understood once it was explained. Note how many times I mentioned it before seeing him. I was also informed they would not be able to do anything for me as I needed a special contact (which I knew/expected), and the doctor couldn't do that because he wasn't there in person. But don't worry! The assistant used to be a surgical tech so knows where I should go! Because he was a surgical tech. If your only issue is you need a pair of glasses, sure go here. Their remote doctor will help. If you want to feel like you're getting good service and not getting scammed, go elsewhere.

Incredibly friendly staff, even helped me choose frames! Made the appointment relaxing and enjoyable. The associate greeted me with a huge smile and was so helpful with everything from insurance to the right look for me. Highly recommended!

Have been going to Artisan Optics for years. The doctors are incredible and the retail staff very talented at helping select the perfect style and fit just for you. Their selection of glasses is exceptional. Highly recommend!
