The kiosk was a bit of a challenge for older folks but your office staff was quick to help. All staff was amazing and kind and caring. Silva was kind and patient. Super friendly and sweet! Dr Hurt was professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything and gave me his opinion on following through for my issue. I would recommend this practice to everyone! The wait was minimal!

Cannot recommend Clavenna Vision Institute enough. Scheduling, quick visits, short wait times. Had an eye ulcer and I saw Dr. Diskin each visit… he is awesome! He genuinely cares, treated my ulcer very quickly, also gave me great recommendations to prevent them in the future.

Horrible service! The receptionist is the worst very very rude I asked for my daughters prescription she said she couldn’t give it to me I asked twice the 3rd time is when she said it was against the law and she could loose her license… ok but I got different prescriptions each time! Maybe she shouldn’t be working there! And why wouldn’t I be able to get my own daughters prescription… don’t recommend this place!! The guy that help with picking out glasses is very friendly and helpful!

Always a pleasure at this location. Of course everyone needs are different but my visits have always been 1hr or under.

Overall a positive experience, but my vision is not great after surgery. I am currently -0.75 in both eyes, 5 months after getting LASIK in April 2023. I have to wear glasses to drive, which kind of defeats the purpose of getting surgery (so that I wouldn't have to wear glasses). But the staff and everyone at the site were professional and helpful. My vision is good enough for day-to-day activities, things are just blurry far away. Update/edit (I can't seem to reply to the business owner response with a new response): I did receive a call from InSight LASIK and they're offering to see me again for a follow-up and to evaluate if I'm eligible for a free re-do surgery. I'm not interested in getting surgery again, but they were responsive. I stand by my 4 star review for the above stated reasons, but they do seem to offer free re-do eye surgery up to 2 years after your initial surgery, if medically indicated.
