I make my yearly appointment there every year, and they are great. The staff is very friendly and professional. Saw Dr. S. Corbett, at Town Center, last week and she was fabulous; very thorough and pleasant. I’d recommend them to my friends and family.

I paid my 50-dollar Co-Pay for my appointment and then 7 months later they called me saying that I needed to make a payment plan for services rendered. I couldn't afford the cross-linking surgery they recommended as I am a single parent and canceled that about a month in advance when I was told the estimate. Really not feeling this place I think I will look for somewhere better once I save up the money for the surgery.

Absolutely wonderful doctor. Had cataract surgery and everything went smoothly. Great doctor, great staff!

We will never come back. Let me tell you why: rude office staff, a revolving door of young people, a doctor who has a fast and furious routine lacking in eye health follow up, couple that with an optical office with overpriced frames staffed by a fast talking, cocky salesman and slow lab service. Dont grt me started on the contact ordering fiasco. The practice has gone downhill since Dr. Bill Shields passed away. There are far superior eye doctors in Knoxville contrary to what John said to me when I told them we will never be back.

Dr. Epstein and her associates did such a great job taking care of me! I was able to get an appointment quickly and they even helped me find my insurance. She knows what’s she’s doing and she’s able to explain every process and procedure so well. Her treatment is leaps and bounds over retail eye care places. She was able to get me the correct prescription of my eyes after years of having ones that were too strong. I’ve never worn contacts before but her staff did a great job in teaching me and informing me about contacts. Definitely would recommend!

Dr bold is a wonderful doctor, but the reason for the 1 star review is the disgusting behavior of one of the receptionists I’m not sure her name but this women was incredibly rude and her customer service skills are horrendous I’ve gotten better customer service from McDonald’s workers. Not to mention she gave out my personal information to someone else, despite them having my number and contact information which they should’ve known better, WHICH IS A HIPPA VIOLATION. She over charged me when I specifically said I wanted the cheaper option and when I tried to get it sorted out she was incredibly rude, called me a liar and overall trying to scam and threaten me. When I called back to get her name and information, she hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a so called “professional” establishment.

Optometrist was excellent, unfortunately the communication between staff and I was not. I was told, there was still a wait for my contacts. I called a week after and was told, my contacts were never ordered. I called today and was told, my trial contacts arrived. Why would I need trial contacts, if I already have them. I needed my 6 months supply. I would rather pay the extra money and go someplace else, where I can get what I want with no lack of communication. Hours have gone by and I’m still waiting for a supervisor to call me back. i no longer will do business with this company.

Was pleasantly surprised by the change in doctors when I arrived. I had been scheduled with my regular MD doctor Sunoco. Melissa Centola was awesome. She picked up on a serious eye condition by her questioning and testing The end result uncovering Wet AMD in on of my eyes She then immediately reached out and arranged a consultation for me that same day at Budden Retina. They were waiting when I arrived. She was very enthusiastic and professional and I would recommend her to others By

I was totally unprepared to have an eye emergency. Dr. Harf got me in last minute and honestly saved my vision. He is brutally honest with no beating around the bush, but because of him and his team my vision is as good as it was prior to my Retina tearing and detaching.
