I went to see her as a first time patient at the Riverside office. The doctor was really easy to talk to and she made me feel cared for. Her staff was helpful and it was a great experience. The location of her Riverside office is very easy to find.

I had cataract surgery by this guy and he destroyed my eyes. Don’t ever use him if you’re expecting to be able to see again!!!

I went in to get my first pair of glasses for the buy 2 pair for approx $140. There were extra charges and I left with a bill of around $300. Part of this was a warranty they sold me good for the first year as the prescription expires in a year. First, they don't fit you for the arms of the glasses but rather heat and bend. In a few weeks they were slipping down my nose then broke. I took in to get fixed with the warranty I had bought. They said to buy the hard case so they wouldn't break again and I did. They broke again in a few months. I took in to get fixed again as i had the warranty they sold me but was told that the warranty although good for a year was only good for a one time use!!! They said i could buy more frames for $79!! LESSON LEARNED!! DON'T BUY THE USELESS WARRANTY!! DON'T BUY THE JUNK GLASSES!! Addendum: The manager called to let me know they would like to make amends. I was given a new pair of glasses (women's this time) and offered a warranty for a year. All the staff were very very nice and apologetic.

This office is ran very efficiently. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. Appointments are always very close to the time your told.

Dr puntney took me in as a walk in, in between patients, was able to help me remove my lost contact lens, gave me some drops for my discomfort and sent me on my way for free. Very good doctor. Thanks a lot Dr puntney!

The staff is incredibly kind, they have a lot of cool glasses options, the eye exam is both quick and thorough. Victoria was also fantastic to talk to while picking out glasses and filling out the order forms.

Best in town by far. Great human.

Phenomenal experience from start to end. Tim, the surgical coordinator, explained everything in great detail pre-op and addressed any questions/concerns I had going into it. During the process the doctor was just as informative of each and every action being taken during the surgery. Would recommend to anyone interested in corrective eye surgery!

Went in for my appointment at 9:40 and was looking for frames by 10:20 and had both pair of glasses before lunch!
