It has been a few years since my last visit with Dr Odette. I was very pleased with my visit, the consultation that Dr Odette provided, the very professional staff at the Austin Eye Clinic and mostly with the short wait time once I arrived. Dr Odette is highly professional, explained my options very clearly and was a pleasure to visit. I will definitely be back (I won’t wait so long next time!).

I have been going to her since I was eight, and I will still go to her.

MOST EXCELLENT and THOROUGH eye exam I’ve ever had. Both the optometrist and optician were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, meticulous, and caring. Although they are out of network for us, we absolutely will be returning! Best care I’ve ever received. Highly recommend!

My first visit was great. I called everywhere and no appointments available until December or even next year. I called this office and they took me in the next day as a new patient. He was so kind and all around a great experience and I received my new glasses in one week.

Cindy Biorn provided great service, was very knowledgable, had attention to detail and was as always very personable.

Dr Hatem is a conscientious, knowledgeable doctor. He did an excellent job removing my macular pucker.

I have been going to Alpine eye care for 6 years and have never had a bad experience. Both the receptionist and the optometrist are polite, efficient , and provide excellent patient care. The receptionist goes out of her way for patients and will take the time to explain insurance benefits. She will also spend time with her patients answering countless questions about merchandise and will help you pick out the cutest pair of glasses ! I am very pleased with their office and recommend them to everyone I know !

My family and I have been shopping at Sams, since it was PACE. I took my teen son for eyeglasses there 2 years ago. He chose the most costly frame. (which looked great on him) A frame that would have cost 3X the price elsewhere. I like the three specialists that works there. The girl has a very likeable, gentle personality that works well with kids and women, she is very calm and patient. Marcus is very matter-of-fact, which works for men. He's very knowledgeable in matters that deal with the EYES, and always willing to share valuable insights on things that matters to the patients. The other gentleman also does an exceptional job, even though I've never had a chance to interact with him, other than saying 'hi' but I listen sometimes when hes with patients. I like the fact that they know, and do what they do, very well, and I would even say, with excellence. They don't have to stop, and ask someone else 12 questions, and keep back patients. Since then, my family and I, have chosen to have our eye exams, and eyewear done at Sams, and have recommended families, and friends to take a second look at the Vision Center. Together they all are a great fit, that suits The Sams Community.
