My first visit was a very positive experience. Friendly staff and moved right along. Second time the receptionist was not as clear as to what waiting area I should be in. I was just about to go ask when a nurse was looking for me. I had numbing drops put in again as well as dilation. The doctor finally comes in as I know he was busy by what I overheard and didn’t even acknowledge me. Sat down a mans then asked how I was doing. I don’t believe he even touched my eyes so feel that step was wasteful. Thank goodness I don’t need to go back.

Best experience!! Loved the process and Dr V! It went so smoothly and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Super cool space! I felt like I was at Club Chroma with vibe and the great 90s jams. I love my frames!

I have been a patient with eye consultants for a few years now. In regard to my recent glaucoma check up, I phoned several weeks previous to the appointment to ask that refraction refraction be added to the appointment the receptionist told me she would do so. I have been having some eye trouble in the last few months. When I arrived for the appointment the receptionist confirmed refraction and glaucoma check. I note that aside from the doctor and the receptionist that the staff at this location peachtree corners tends to change quite often. Another new staffer took me back for my first part of the appointment. At the time I really iterated my need for refraction. She asked me what was the last time my prescription was updated. I replied “Is that information available on the screen in front of you?“ She took a car cursory look and replied that it was November 2020. Then she remarked "it might be time for an update" and proceeded to do … nothing. I was moved back to the waiting room for the next phase of the glaucoma check. Well the next technician brought me that for a fields testing, I will remarked again that I needed a refraction. Once again I was ignored. Then back into the waiting room before finally seeing the doctor for the glaucoma check and that was the end of it. Upon exiting, the receptionist pointed out that she can’t charge for a refraction because it appears that it wasn’t done and that was my thought as well. I am still having vision trouble including some instances of double vision and ghost images but I feel like the staff at eye consultants is not going to be of any help. Please call me.

I had an excellent experience at my most recent visit to Macy’s/Lens Crafters! Dr. Patel took the time to explain each step of my eye exam process! The staff were also quite helpful as they processed my eyeglass/lens order! Keep up the great work! Sincerely, Stephanie Pardo

Outstanding and very skilled doctor. Dr. Borodic performed a very needed eye procedure and did an amazing job. He is a master at what he does I have never met a more real, down to earth, confident eye doctor that I can trust. I just don’t understand any negative reviews on here.

Dr. Fernandez and her staff are so welcoming and kind. The doctor really seems knowledgeable and took her time to make sure she was thorough in helping me in a way that I've never experienced from other doctors.

Dr. Powell and the entire staff are highly skilled, friendly, and very adept in making you feel comfortable. I recommend them and wouldn't go anywhere else. They have helped me with routine eye care, vision care, and provided solutions that have been helpful.

I highly recommend Dr. Fowle & Associates for your eye care needs. The doctors are all skilled, professional, & always listen to my needs. The rest of the staff is also exceptional - friendly & efficient!

I had not had my eyes checked or had a doctor's exam in a few years. I was hesitant about getting my eyes checked but to my delight and surprise the exam was pleasant. Dr. Carroll and his staff were great and they put me at ease with the whole process. His office was highly recommended to me and I will certainly highly recommend them to others!
