The worst receptionist/agent ever, I called to request some medical information for billing purposes, this lady starts arguing about how never in her 50 years has been asked that information before, to me, it sounded like you don’t like what you do or probably you’re bringing personal issues to your work, that’s no way to talk to a Medical Professional Office AT ALL, I would highly suggest to train your staff properly on how to talk to colleagues. I can’t imagine how you handle patients at your office. The lady refuse to give her name, COMPLETELY HOSTILE.

Wonderful service! Went today as a first time customer and the staff was so kind! Dr Coady was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and after my exam I worked with JJ to find the right frames and keep me under budget (which he knocked out of the park!) I've never had someone find me EXACTLY what I wanted in frames so quickly! Excited to have found my new regular optometrist location! :)

Dr Millhimes is amazing. She is friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Justin will match you with the best glasses. He is truly the best. It’s because of these two individual that I continue to visit this office. Highly recommend

Our family has been going to Dr. Stein for years. She is fantastic and thorough. Recently had an eye emergency and she took me right away. I highly recommend her.

The technician and optometrist Dr. Christopher Tran were kind, fast and efficient. The exam was quick and painless and my prescription was accurate. The front desk ladies were welcoming which is always important. The best part is that I got an appointment right away unlike other offices that make you wait weeks before your appointment: I will definitely continue coming here and I highly recommend them! 5 stars!

I recently had my glasses repaired at For Eyes, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. They were able to fix my glasses quickly and efficiently, saving me from the hassle of finding a replacement pair. The staff was friendly and professional, making the entire experience pleasant. I highly recommend For Eyes for any glasses repair needs.

I've been going to El Segundo Eyecare for 3+ years, and have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Rosales and Christine. They have consistently been kind, welcoming, and professional in managing new prescriptions, helping get my first pair of contacts, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure that their care is as good as can be. Christine called to check in a few days after teaching me to use contacts, and ended up ordering a slightly different trial of my contact prescription to see if there was any improvement (there was, thanks Dr. Rosales!). They have also helped me source prescription lenses for a pair of sunglasses I love that they don't even carry in the store, which has been awesome! I'm sure some of you miss being able to wear your favorite sunglasses driving as your vision has worsened... I sure did, and am so happy they've been so helpful in the process! Both Dr. Rosales and Christine are very easy to talk to, and maintain a serene environment in the shop at all times. Any 1 star or negative reviews should be read with skepticism -- anyone who can't get along with these two should probably go to therapy, but it is the internet, after all. Don't believe everything you read... and support this local business! Unlike any other aspect of my current healthcare, I look forward to speaking with Christine and Dr. Rosales -- from scheduling appointments, follow ups, and my visits themselves, they have made the process of managing my eyesight a joy, and deserve to be acknowledged for it! For anyone concerned about C*vid -- they both have been masked at all times every time I've visited, and taken the additional time to install barriers on all of the sight evaluation equipment to ensure that, even with masks, nobody coming or leaving the shop has anything to worry about. Looking forward to continuing to work with these two as long as I live in Los Angeles!
