I have confidence in Shasta Eye Medical Group and Dr Crum. The staff are great. Friendly and caring. They perform the exams making me feel at ease. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Great staff, since it was end of the year it was very busy. Ali did the best he could in that tiny office and squeezed us because of a cancellation that afternoon. Dr. Schiff was very kind to me and my son.

Couldn’t be more skilled, attentive or helpful. I’m visiting Charleston and picked up my new eye glasses at my local vision center so I’d have them for my trip. Unfortunately, they did not fit well, and we’re falling off my face. I simply walked in to Jackson Davenport, and they were perfectly willing to help me, did a great job, and, despite my willingness to pay for their services, didn’t charge me anything. If I lived in Charleston, I would definitely purchase my glasses here.

Really nice people work there. I am assuming most people who come here to complain have medi-cal expect cheap glasses for medical. There is no waiting in the morning right when they open their doors. Glasses everywhere else is also expensive. Fyi make sure you find out how much your private insurance will cover you first before you try to get prescription filled, talk to the person at the counter first at fogg Remington get a print out.

I had a very good experience. Dr. Was very easy and patient and explained all very well. Very happy with results of my first time and will recommend to others. I thank te staff for their nice and professional treatment.

I love this place. Dr Degenaer is extremely personable, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend it!

The Eye Doctor was fantastic! She was very thorough & explained everything, also provided a referral for an eye Surgeon. Their pre-test & eye exam is done with the latest technology. I gave a three star because LenCrafters, I wasn't as pleased with the pricing on lenses & frames. I was informed they were part of Vision Plus, but I wasn't allotted the discount price for frames my Insurance provided. I requested refund the next day, the run around I received was unbelievable, claim their computers were down, was sent to the Woodland Hills location, they couldn't credit either because they didn't have the actual product, the following day they still claim their system wasn't working, got my Insurance Company on the line, asked the Mgr for their NPI number which she couldn't remember at the time, my Insurance was finally able to pull them up, credit was issued, what a mess! found another Optical Company who offer same designer frame, lesser pricing and better savings.

For the love of God please turn around now if you are seeing this and have a upcoming appointment. This is the most ridiculous scheduling and doctors office I have ever been in in my entire life. No matter when you schedule there’s going to be a two hour wait because the doctor conveniently is only in town performing whatever she’s doing once a month find another provider ASAP !trust me you’ll be you’ll thank me later !
