Although Dr Ahn was professional and polite in all steps along the way, I am not happy with the results of my cataract surgeries. At my last appt Dr Ahn said my right eye was 100% healed and that my right eye is about 90%. That's been a couple of weeks to date and feel both should be at 100%. At this point, I see the edging of the lense on my right eye. It is quite annoying especially when outside. I'm forced to wear sunglasses regardless of sun exposure (doesn't matter if it's overcast or not). I wear the sunglasses so I'm not seeing what folks refer to as the curtain or the edge of the lense. As for my left eye, still seeing trails, which I feel is normal. However, it tends to be a bit blurry all the time. So, overall, although Dr Ahn is professional and polite, I'm not happy with the results. I went with the regular lense replacement, no upgrades.

Had to take my elderly mother in with last minute notice. They made arrangements to get her in the next day with Dr. Crabtree. Every person in the office was unbelievably accommodating, kind, respectful and understanding of our situation. A very special shout out to Jade who made the experience much more pleasant for my mom and me. Highly recommend this office!

Hell yeah

Do not come here. You will wait hours for the actual appointment because they have no time management capabilities. It’s quite common here since there’s always a ton of people waiting at the same time, so I’m not sure if they just overbook people. Logistically, if you drive over, there’s no parking around the area. They called me 2 years after my last visit to charge $25 for being late. I distinctly remember actually waiting an hour to see the optometrist for my exam after being on time. Additionally, they provided no notice that there’s any late fee at all. I didn’t initially trust all the reviews on Google stating how the service is atrociously bad. I hope this helps future clients! Please don’t go here.

As always, Pam was very thorough and helped me select the best frames for the shape of my face. She also researched whether it was feasible to install the specific type of progressive lens that I requested. She picked a wonderful, lightweight tortoise shell frame that is well suited to my face. I love my new glasses, which attests to the reason why I continue to give McNelly Optical my business.

Dr Yeh is wonderful as well as prompt. He is very thorough and knowledgeable about what my best plan of action should and how to execute it. I really appreciate his expertise

The staff was very bubbly especially Maria. Dr. McCan was great as well. I was acknowledged and heard. I had a glasses and contact lens exam. I purchased contact lenses and checked out/tried on a few frames as well. I love the NW location.

Donald has gone beyond the call of duty twice to help me with my glasses. I can’t thank him enough! Big 5 ⭐️ for him. An older lady employee “scolded” me for trying on glasses and then putting them back in the rack instead of being nice about it. Not sure what her problem was. Good experience with the doctor and his admin assistant. They were very nice. I have anxiety about going inside anywhere these days with Covid but Donald and the doctor/assistant put my mind at ease. Thank you!
