Victoria P. was VERY UNPLEASANT. She was not friendly AT ALL. She seemed as she knew her stuff about glasses, but unprofessional and would not go back here again!! You are there for the customer lady, remember that cause you being rude and bossy/controlling is ugly!

Today was my first visit here and second eye exam all together. The office was clean and presentable. They had a great selection of high end frames and prescription sunglasses. All of the office staff was kind and helpful! The doctor was very professional and caring. She also explained my daughters results thoroughly. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

Very professional staff. Dr. Crappenzano is excellent. He is very thorough which is important when you have eye issues. Staff is great and have helped me maximize my insurance benefit and limit my out of pocket expense.

Doctor Martin propositioned one of his patient's for sex. She turned him down. Then he began stalking her. It only stopped when the authorities investigated the matter.

I have been going to Dr. Riggins for awhile now and I really like HIM..... But his staff is really RUDE, they DO NOT return your phone calls. So if you have an EMERGENCY don't expect them to call you back.call911. Also they are very good at calling you a liar, the whole staff seems to stick together against what you know is the truth. I know I will never go back to them & I hope I have helped people to NOT waste your time going there. It's a shame Dr. Riggins doesn't hire good help or tries to resolve the problems.

The Amarillo store was very helpful. Very friendly wait time was good. Wish frames weren’t so high. But cute and stylish need more frames in black. I will use this store agian. We were pleased with our glasses and they lasted a long time good products.

As a deaf person it is rare to find professionals who are willing and capable to reasonably accommodate me. I appreciate from booking an appointment all the way through selecting glasses that Dr. Manning was sensitive and professional to my needs. I was comprehensively informed throughout my check-up of my impending visual needs, and in the selection and adjustment process for getting glasses. I recommend Eyehouse to all my ADA friends and friends who are not ADA :P

My first appointment went really smoothly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The examination occurred on time and was very thorough. My questions were all answered. Dr. Hart was personable, professional, thorough and communicative.

Visited today for a consultation. Brittany (I hope that's the correct name) was amazing. I've never felt more comfortable or welcome at an eye exam. Once my contacts are removed I cannot see at all, she walked slower for me to keep pace and made sure I knew what seat I was to sit down in, and made sure I made it into said seat! I'm young with no mobility issues (yet), just can't find my way when I am blind. She explained every test to me and made me comfortable with the information and the progression of the appointment. I had a fabulous experience here and I can't wait to go in to get my eyes fixed up!

Dr Jamie Gossan and staff cared for me very well. I was impressed with the machine to scan my eye instead of having to dilate them. The docs review of my eye health was clear and understandable. My questions were answered. There was no pressure to purchase glasses. It was a very easy and comfortable process.

Dr. Hauler was great! He was personable and kind. He answered my questions and was quick and efficient. The ladies at the front desk were awesome helping me pick my frames and were so fun to talk to. Definitely pleased with my experience .
