We love him he is an amazing guy

Dr. Collins is professional and always have an happy go lucky atmosphere when I enter the office. They are very friendly associates that make you feel comfortable while you have a short wait period. Been going hear for over 10yrs every since Dr. Collins left from University Dr. and no plans on going anywhere else. Keep up the good hospitality. Bravo!!

I recently visited Eyes on Eastlake for my eye exam, and couldn't be more impressed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. Dr. Jacob was thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I appreciate her attention to detail and dedication to providing the best care possible. I highly recommend them for all your eye needs.

The entire team was amazing, from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. The aura was inviting, staff greet me immediately, and the interactions will all staff was delightful. Thank you making someone just coming in for new glasses feel special.

Great customer service today. Walked in needing a new set of len's for my glasses (damaged at work) and Rebecca was very informative and was great help! Smiled the entire time and was very patient! Great customer service is hard to find these days, but I found it today!

Dr Coleman really helped explain the current problems with my eyes, what the tests meant and outlined how it will be monitored in future visits. This information made me feel assured that I am doing what is needed to maintain eye health and to not stress. All of the staff at both Crossroads and Denton locations are the best, very friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel right at home. The only thing I would like is a taller more supportive chair in the waiting room for older seniors who have difficulty standing up (or who suffer from knee problems) from your cushy chairs. Just one would be good! Otherwise please don't change a thing! Doctors and staff are excellent!

Beautiful space, friendly employees, lovely attitudes! They're always super considerate in providing me with daily contacts to last me while I wait for mine to be delivered and taking the time to walk through my visit and insurance benefits. I've had Dr. Schaefer for years and she always remembers me and asks about my work and other individualized questions despite my infrequent visits. Plus the prime location downtown! 7 out of 5 stars!!

I came here for an annual eye exam, and was asked by the doctor if I wanted my pupil’s dilated, so he could get a better look at my eyes. I had never gotten my eyes dilated before, but wasn’t worried about it so I told him to go ahead. From then on, everything was fine, and we ended the visit on a good note. However, over the next couple of days, my vision did not go back to normal. I’d try to read things from a short distance such as street signs and posters, but everything was super blurry… I have never had any vision problems, and the doctor himself told me I had 20/20 vision, and that he would prescribe glasses just to help me with eye strain because I’m a teacher and enrolled in school. When I called to share my concerns, they tried to charge me full price for a follow-up appointment, and told me that my vision problems might have been attributed to me having had COVID a few weeks before, which is highly unlikely as I didn’t have symptoms and haven’t found any correlation between vision problems and COVID when I researched it, lol… Long story short, I will not be coming here again. It could have been a weird reaction, or who knows what else, but I was very unsatisfied with their response. Also, my vision has gone back to normal, thankfully…

I had such a great experience from my last appointment. My contacts got lost in the mail and the front desk lady, Lindsay, helped get me my contacts. I didn’t have to do anything. She took care of everything and I received them very quick. She was a delight to talk to and I appreciate everything she did!

Dr. Voyce and his staff consistently exceed my expectations with outstanding knowledge, positive communication and empathetic compassionate skills. All questions are answered directly and I never feel hurried. Best attribute, Dr. Voyce truly cares about his patients and their well being. Highly recommend Dr. Voyce for your next eye appointment!

I came to the Fowler/Shaw location. Relatively fast service. Everyone was extremely professional while maintaining a demeanor that encouraged open and easy communication. Im not the sharpest tool in the shed so I asked a lot of questions. Everyone was extremely patient with me, took the time with me that I needed, and made me feel like I had known them for a very long time. I enjoy coming here and will continue to be their patient. They are quick, efficient, and professional.
