Easier to get an appointment with the Pope. Waited 3 months for an appointment, then got rescheduled for another two weeks, then when I arrived to the office they told me the doctor is not available and he can see me in another 3 months. This place is a joke. After eventually having a visit I was charged additional $20 to have the eye glasses prescription printed.

I have visited Drizik eyecare twice over the past two years, and had good experiences over both visits . Definitely worth visiting if you need to check your vision and get new contacts/glasses. The whole team is very professional, kind, patient, and helpful. Mr. Drizik checked my vision. I can see very clearly through the prescription he gave me. Mr. Umberto Rossetti helped me pick a pair of frames, which is very aesthetic and comfortable -- he is very experienced and gives very good advice based on both the style and functionality of frames. Cintia who works at the front desk is very sweet and kind -- I enjoy chatting with her a lot, and she called me immediately when my new glasses are ready for pick up. In short, very professional team, wonderful experience, I highly recommend it

I’ve been wearing glasses for almost 50 years, so have had many an eye exam. My eye exam with Dr. Dodd is the best experience I’ve ever had. She’s thorough, explains things very well and doesn’t rush through the exam. Even her approach to “which is better, 1 or 2” was less stressful than I’m used to. For instance she’s the only eye doc I’ve ever had that reminded me to blink!! All that said, I have recommended her to all of my family members!

Our family has been going to Eyedeal for several years now. The staff is always prompt and friendly. Dr. Badaracco is knowledgeable and cares about his patients eye health. I'd highly recommend them, especially if you're in the Buford area.

we were visiting Utah all the way from Wisconsin for vacation and the first full day we were there we had an emergency. the doctors at Moab regional hospital (who were equally amazing) recommended us to Central Eye Utah in Richfield, where my husband was able to be seen right away. we felt so welcomed and so relieved to have answers and a treatment plan, and we can carry on the rest of our vacation more or less as planned. thank you to everyone at this clinic!! especially Dr. Kevin Kirk for making this such a smooth situation, especially since it was during Thanksgiving week. while we hope to never be in this type of situation, if we (or anyone else, visitor or resident!) find ourselves needing eye care we will definitely be coming here for it.

Went in to the optical shop today to purchase a new pair of glasses for my son. Haven’t been in the optical shop since COVID hit, last pair of glasses purchased were almost exactly one year ago. I called before I went to make sure there wasn’t an appointment needed due to COVID. The person that answered the phone was very polite and explained the hours for purchase and dispensing so I knew when to go. When I arrived, the optical shop was roped off and there was only 1 other customer in the optical shop. Roslee was the one who tended to me and my son. She was great with explanations, and their COVID protocols are top notch. She wouldn’t let us even touch the frames on the wall, she picked them up and disinfected them before my son tried them on. They have signs on the tables letting everyone know if a station is cleaned and ready for the next customer. I work in healthcare and was quite impressed with the level of thoroughness. She and the other person working (Angela) were both very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Thank you ladies!! Also, the new optical shop is very nice and sleek looking, much improved!

I would recommend him to anyone... he is fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and cares for his patients. He did my most recent eye muscle surgery and I woke up being able to see better the same day, which I wasn’t expecting at all. Thank you Dr. Merriam for changing my life and fixing my eyes!!

I'm giving 3 stars because the only experience I've had with this office has been negative. I recently moved to the area and researched online for a place to take myself and daughter for an eye exam. I found this one and it had great reviews. Even better their website told me the accept my insurance. They also had the ability to book an appointment online. I made an appointment for Monday morning, seems great right? It was until Monday morning, that's when they called me to tell me that their appointment maker online doesn't actually work and that they didn't have any appointments to the following week. So we waited almost 2 full weeks for our appointments We got to the place and went to check in only to have them they do not in fact take my insurance. I politely told her that the website stated specifically that they took my insurance. I even showed her where it said that, and asked if I was misunderstanding what the website meant She replied with saying no that they had recently been bought by another company that does take it but that it would be awhile before they actually could take it, and that it was likely whoever made their website probably just didn't get the memo. They offered no further assistance after that. We happily took our business else where that was honest and upfront from the beginning. Seemed really unprofessional to have a website that did not have any accurate information, and ultimately a huge waste of my time.

I had an emergency appointment they scheduled promptly, this is a very busy practice. I was fortunate to get in so quickly. I was happy with the Dr. he listened and was very compassionate. I didn’t feel like a paycheck with them, the office staff were as equally great

Five stars isn’t enough … I’m from Montreal visiting Florida and my sunglasses frame broke ! I wanted to keep my polarized progressive lenses and I was able to choose a new frame. Robert was able to cut my lenses the same day…I’ve never seen such excellent service ! I’m very satisfied and grateful. A big thank you… I 100% recommended ABC Optical Hollywood
