I was at the facility on 6=30-23. Staff is very rude. I didn't get hard copy of my report. I requested for it 5 to 6 times

Trying to bring our prescription over to Costco to get filled. I thought we had basic questions. My prescription requires something called prism, which I had been told not all labs can incorporate. I simply called to ask “can your lab incorporate prism in the lens?” All I got in response was “I need to see the prescription” “Do you carry X brand of frames for my son?” (Indestructible frames so he doesn’t break 4 pairs again this year.) “No. I don’t even know what that is.” was her reply. Horrible customer service and completely unlike other Costco departments.

I am an optician in another city and we do not carry a frame brand that a patient needed a nose pad for. I called Scott and he was so very helpful, kind and courteous! how they treat non customers speaks volumes! I would go here(and want to work here) if I lived near Gainesville! Alice Hennessy

Dr. Hall preformed cataract surgery on my left eye June 2022. I have seen him on 3 occasions and find him to be very competent, well educated and, most importantly, compassionate, patient and kind. He will make sure you get good care. His staff was also very professional , accommodating and friendly to me."

Awesome and easy experience. I made an appointment over the phone and was able to get a time slot for a routine eye exam. Painless and easy process. Roxanne helped me pick out some glasses and she helped choose other products for my glasses. Overall, great experience and I’m super happy with my new glasses and prescription. It took about 2 weeks to receive my new glasses due to the Labor Day holiday, but worth it. I needed a bit more adjustments made to the frame and it was quickly adjusted within minutes. Great customer support, great range of products, and super easy process. I recommend everyone to visit this specific location as you can’t go wrong. 5/5 stars.

New Eyes is a well run practice. I have seen several doctors and have been happy with all three. Very professional. There is never a wait last my appointment time. If your appointment is at 1:00, you’re seen at 1!

This is the best glasses place—the service (in the store, and also returning for adjustments over a year later) makes it worth every penny.
